3. Type the username Zodiac sent you and your password, which is case-sensitive.
4. Tick I am fit to play, then Log In. Keep me logged in is ticked by default; clear it if the device is not yours alone.

What Your Zodiac Username Looks Like

Zodiac signs you in with a username it creates, not with your email. At registration you enter your name and email and pick a password; shortly after, the casino sends a unique username that usually begins with four or five characters followed by a string of numbers. The FAQ says it should arrive within five minutes, and if it does not, to resend the form or contact the help desk. Save it somewhere safe: you will need it in the browser and in the app.

The Zodiac App and Biometric Log-In

On a computer, Zodiac now opens in the browser; on a phone, the apps use the same account. The iPhone app is listed as Zodiac Casino Ontario by Apollo Entertainment Ltd, arrived in April 2026 and needs iOS 16 or later, and there is an Android version too. Sixty Days Without Activity
