Seven Ontario casinos list Skrill. Not thirty, not ten — seven, out of the 51 sites registered with iGaming Ontario that we cover, and four of them belong to one group. At one other, Skrill takes deposits and never sends money back.
At those four group sites Skrill is one of the few ways to be paid, alongside direct transfer, eCheque and Visa.
This page is built from what each operator publishes about itself: banking FAQs, terms of use, help centres and site footers, read across all 51 registered sites we cover. Where a site publishes nothing, it says so. All seven casinos are below.

Every Ontario Casino That Takes Skrill
This is not a shortlist. It is the complete list of regulated Ontario operators that support Skrill, and it has seven entries out of fifty-one.
| Casino | Skrill deposit | Skrill withdrawal | Minimum withdrawal |
|---|---|---|---|
| Luxury Casino | Yes | Yes | $50 |
| Zodiac Casino | Yes | Yes | $50 |
| Grand Mondial | Named as a withdrawal route only | Yes | $50 |
| Yukon Gold | Named as a withdrawal route only | Yes | $50 |
| SpinAway | Yes | No | CA$10, by another method |
| ToonieBet | Yes | Yes — back to the deposit method | $20 (general) |
| High Flyer Casino | Yes | Yes | $20 (general) |
Seven brands, but not seven companies. Luxury Casino, Zodiac Casino, Grand Mondial and Yukon Gold are all Casino Rewards brands, running the same cashier, the same withdrawal rules and the same $50 floor. Counted by the company you are actually dealing with, Skrill exists at four operators in this province.
The forty-four operators absent from that table list no Skrill option. That includes every large sportsbook brand in the province — bet365, BetMGM, DraftKings, FanDuel, BetRivers, PointsBet and Caesars — and also, oddly, three of the seven Casino Rewards brands.
Skrill Site by Site
Seven sites is a small enough number to take one at a time. The four Casino Rewards brands share one rulebook; the other three behave nothing like them.
Luxury Casino: Skrill is free, with a $50 floor
Luxury Casino names three ways to be paid — direct credit to a Visa card, Canadian EFT/eCheque, and Skrill — with a bank wire available as a fourth at a $300 minimum and a $50 fee. The first three carry no charge. The minimum withdrawal is $50 against a $10 minimum deposit, so a small win sits in the account until it grows.
Two other rules matter more here than the payment method. A first withdrawal through a new method attracts extra checks the FAQ says can take five to seven working days, and every payout is held pending for 48 hours in a window the operator explicitly lets you reverse. Accounts also go dormant after 60 days without a wager, a deposit or a withdrawal, which is a short fuse by provincial standards.
Zodiac Casino: the same cashier, plus a $50 wire fee
Zodiac Casino publishes the same three payout routes as its sister brand — Visa card credit, Canadian EFT/eCheque and Skrill — with the same $50 minimum on them and $300 by direct bank transfer or wire. The wire itself costs $50, rising to $100 above $3,000, which makes Skrill the cheapest way out for anyone whose Visa deposit cannot be credited back.
Zodiac publishes no standard minimum deposit: its only $1 figure appears in promotional terms, which we do not count, and its sister brand Luxury Casino states $10. The terms are explicit that the payment method must be in the name of the registered account holder, which is the most common reason a first payout is refused here — a Skrill wallet opened in a partner’s name will stop the withdrawal, not the deposit.
Grand Mondial and Yukon Gold: Skrill on the way out
Grand Mondial and Yukon Gold print the same Canadian withdrawal list in their FAQs as their two sister brands — a direct credit to a Visa card, CAD EFT/eCheque and Skrill — with a $50 minimum, and $300 by direct bank transfer or wire at a $50 fee, rising to $100 above $3,000. Neither says whether Skrill can also be used to deposit, so it is documented there as a route out. Both quote e-wallet payouts at one to three working days, after a 48-hour pending period, and both take a $10 minimum deposit.
SpinAway: Skrill goes in, Interac comes out
SpinAway lists Skrill among six deposit methods, alongside Visa, Mastercard, Interac, bank transfer and MuchBetter. On the withdraw side the routes narrow to two — Interac and bank transfer — so a Skrill deposit here always leaves by a different door. The minimum withdrawal is CA$10, under its terms, and no minimum deposit is published for any method.
The cashier is unusually clear about what is yours: it splits withdrawable balance from locked funds on the same screen and states the limits for the transaction beside them. There is a C$5 monthly charge after a year without logging in, so a balance left here has a clock on it.
ToonieBet: Skrill and Skrill 1 Tap, back the same way
ToonieBet lists Skrill and Skrill 1 Tap among its deposit methods, alongside Interac, Visa, Mastercard, Paysafecard and MuchBetter. Its terms send every withdrawal back to the method you deposited with, in your own name, so a Skrill deposit comes back to Skrill. Withdrawals are processed within 72 business hours, Monday to Friday; the general minimums are $10 in and $20 out, varying by method, with a daily withdrawal limit of $9,000.
ToonieBet is the only operator of the seven that also runs a sportsbook on the same account. Its inactivity rule is CA$5 a month after 180 days without a login.
High Flyer Casino: Skrill both ways, on two timetables
High Flyer Casino lists Skrill among eight deposit methods, alongside Interac, Visa, Mastercard, iDebit, Instadebit, Paysafecard and eCheck, and pays withdrawals back to it. Its withdrawal rules page gives e-wallets 3 hours; its help centre says 3 to 24 hours, and the operator publishes both. Withdrawals are usually processed within 24 hours and go to the deposit method you used most in the last 30 days. The minimums are $20 in and $20 out, with no more than two withdrawals a day of up to $10,000 each.
At Casino Rewards, Interac Goes In and Skrill Comes Out
This is the part worth understanding, because it inverts how the rest of this province works.
At Luxury Casino, Zodiac Casino, Grand Mondial and Yukon Gold, Interac is a deposit method only. It funds the account and it cannot pay you back. That leaves three routes out — a Visa direct credit, a Canadian EFT or eCheque, and Skrill — of which Skrill is the only wallet and the only one that reaches you outside the banking system.
Everywhere else in Ontario, Skrill is a convenience you can ignore. At these four it is a third of the exit. Thirty-seven of the operators we cover pay withdrawals back through Interac; none of these four does, which is why the wallet earns a place in a cashier that otherwise looks dated.
Two further conditions apply to all four, because they are set at group level. Payouts are held pending for 48 hours, and the operator publishes instructions for reversing them during that window so you can carry on playing with the money — presented as a convenience, and the single most effective way ever devised to stop a payout leaving. And a player winning substantially more than they have deposited may be limited to $4,000 per week, a ceiling the terms state applies across all Casino Rewards partner casinos. Opening an account at a sister brand does not reset it.
Three Casino Rewards Brands Publish No Skrill at All
Casino Rewards runs seven brands in Ontario: Luxury Casino, Zodiac Casino, Yukon Gold, Grand Mondial, Captain Cooks, Casino Classic and Golden Tiger. Four of them name Skrill: Luxury Casino and Zodiac Casino in both directions, Grand Mondial and Yukon Gold in their withdrawal lists. The other three do not.
That is not three refusals. Captain Cooks, Casino Classic and Golden Tiger publish almost nothing in writing — Captain Cooks has no working cashier page at all, and Casino Classic names no method in its text. Its footer, like every Casino Rewards site’s, carries the same animated strip of eight payment marks, and Skrill is not one of them.
The useful conclusion is a narrow one: on a shared platform, the method list you can read is the one the individual brand chose to publish, not the one the software supports. If Skrill matters to you, use a brand that names it, because a sister site that stays silent gives you nothing to hold it to.
Funding a Skrill Wallet in Canada Runs Through Interac
Skrill’s own Canadian route into the wallet is Interac. The company introduced Interac deposits for Canadian customers free of charge until 31 July 2024, and states that after that date “a standard fee of up to 2.5% of the transaction amount will be applicable”. Canadian users can also withdraw from the wallet back out by Interac e-Transfer.
Follow that through and a Skrill deposit at an Ontario casino is an Interac transfer with a wallet in the middle. The money moves bank to Skrill by Interac, possibly at up to 2.5%, then Skrill to casino. A direct Interac e-Transfer to one of the forty-six operators that accept it skips both the fee and the extra account.
Which is the argument for and against this wallet in one sentence. At the four Casino Rewards brands that name Skrill the detour is worth it, because Interac cannot bring your winnings home from there. Anywhere else in the province it is a longer route to the same place.
Skrill, Neteller and paysafecard Are One Company
Skrill is operated by Paysafe Payment Solutions Limited and regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. The same group owns paysafecard and Neteller, and the three have completely different fates in this province.
| Paysafe product | Ontario operators | Pays withdrawals |
|---|---|---|
| paysafecard | 16 | 2 — PartyCasino and bwin, to a paysafecard account |
| Skrill | 7 | 6 |
| Neteller | 0 | — |
Neteller, which for years was the default gambling wallet, is published by no Ontario operator at all. If you arrived here from a Neteller casino list, that is the finding: there is no regulated Ontario site to use it at.
How to Deposit With Skrill at an Ontario Casino
- Open and fund the Skrill wallet first. It sits between your bank and the casino, so the money has to be in it before the cashier can take it. In Canada the route in is Interac, and Skrill may charge up to 2.5% on that transfer.
- Register at Luxury Casino, Zodiac Casino, SpinAway, ToonieBet or High Flyer Casino — the five that take Skrill deposits — and complete identity verification before you play, not before you cash out.
- Make sure the wallet is in your own name and holds Canadian dollars. The Casino Rewards brands require the payment method to match the registered account holder, and a mismatch stops the payout rather than the deposit.
- Choose Skrill in the cashier. The minimum deposit is $10 at Luxury Casino; Zodiac Casino publishes no standard figure and SpinAway none; ToonieBet’s general minimum is $10 and High Flyer Casino’s $20.
- Decide your exit route before you deposit. At SpinAway the money will not come back through Skrill, and at Luxury Casino and Zodiac Casino a first withdrawal on a new method can add five to seven working days of checks.
Fund the wallet from a bank balance rather than a credit card where you can. A card-funded wallet top-up can still be treated as a cash advance by the issuer, which is the trap our Visa guide covers one layer further back.
How Long a Skrill Withdrawal Takes
Six sites pay through Skrill, and none publishes a timetable for Skrill by name. ToonieBet’s 72-business-hour processing clock covers every method; the four Casino Rewards brands give e-wallets one to three working days in their FAQs; High Flyer Casino gives e-wallets 3 hours on its withdrawal rules page and 3 to 24 hours in its help centre. What they publish in more detail are the conditions attached to every payout, and those are what actually determine when the money arrives.
| Condition | Luxury Casino | Zodiac Casino |
|---|---|---|
| Pending period before processing | 48 hours, reversible | 48 hours, reversible |
| First payout on a new method | Five to seven working days of checks | Verification documents may be requested |
| Minimum withdrawal | $50 | $50 |
| Weekly ceiling for large winners | $4,000 across the group | $4,000 across the group |
At all four Casino Rewards brands, a 48-hour pending window is the floor, not the estimate. Add the wallet’s own processing on top, and add the first-time checks if this is your first Skrill payout at the site. None of the Casino Rewards brands, SpinAway or ToonieBet is fast by provincial standards; High Flyer’s e-wallet figure is quicker on paper, though its own two pages disagree, and the detail is in our guide to the fastest withdrawals in Ontario.
The Pages Ranking for Skrill in Ontario Promise Ten Sites
Search for an Ontario Skrill casino and the top result is titled “Ontario Skrill Casinos 2026 — 10+ Sites Accepting Skrill”. A tenth-placed page promises “10+ Best Casinos With Skrill” for Canada. The regulated Ontario number is seven, and four of them are the same company.
Those pages are not lying about Canada. They are counting the unregulated national market, where Skrill has been a standard gambling wallet for twenty years and genuinely does appear at dozens of sites. The distinction they skip is the one that matters here: a site outside the iGaming Ontario register is not bound by the province’s standards, and a payment dispute there has nowhere to go.
This is the recurring problem with researching payments in Ontario. Operators run separate licensed sites from their .com counterparts, with different cashiers and different method lists. A Skrill page written for “Canada” describes a wallet screen you cannot open from here.
What to Use If Your Casino Has No Skrill
For forty-four of the fifty-one registered operators we cover, this is the section that applies. The direct replacement is Interac e-Transfer: forty-six sites take it, thirty-seven pay back through it, and it settles straight to a Canadian bank account with no third party holding a balance in the middle.
If what you want is specifically the wallet layer — a buffer between the casino and your bank — the Ontario options are all small. MuchBetter is the largest at fifteen operators, PayPal is at twelve, Payz appears at two, and Jeton and AstroPay at one each. No wallet in this province reaches more than a third of the market.
If what you want is a card, Visa and Mastercard are at forty-seven sites each, with the caveat that many take the deposit and pay you out somewhere else. The full comparison is on the Ontario payment methods hub.
Is Skrill Safe at an Ontario Casino?
The casino never sees your bank details, which is the strongest argument for any wallet. The operator sees a Skrill account, and your card or account number stays one layer back.
All seven operators here are registered with iGaming Ontario and licensed by the AGCO. That registration, not the payment method, is what makes a dispute resolvable and paying players a condition of staying in business.
The structural caution is that a wallet adds a party to the transaction, and this one is regulated in Ireland rather than Canada. Money sitting in Skrill is not sitting in your bank, it is subject to Skrill’s own terms and verification, and getting it out to a Canadian account means another Interac transfer. Several of these operators also run inactivity clocks — 60 days to dormancy at Luxury Casino, a C$5 monthly charge at SpinAway after a year, CA$5 a month at ToonieBet after 180 days — so a balance left on either side of the wallet has a deadline.
How We Compiled This
Every entry comes from the operator’s own published material — banking and help-centre pages, terms of use, cashier screenshots in App Store and Google Play listings, and site footers — read site by site across all 51 sites we cover on the iGaming Ontario register. A Skrill logo in a footer was checked against the withdrawal rules before it counted, which is how SpinAway ended up in the deposit column and out of the payout one.
Where an operator publishes nothing, this page says so rather than assuming, which is why no Skrill-specific payout timetable is quoted for any of the seven. The Skrill fee and Interac figures come from Skrill’s own product announcements. The scoring approach behind our ratings is set out in how we review casinos.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which Ontario casinos accept Skrill?
Seven of the 51 registered operators we cover: Luxury Casino, Zodiac Casino, Grand Mondial, Yukon Gold, SpinAway, ToonieBet and High Flyer Casino. Six pay withdrawals through Skrill; SpinAway takes deposits only. The first four are all Casino Rewards brands.
Can I withdraw with Skrill in Ontario?
Yes, at six of the seven. At the four Casino Rewards brands Skrill is one of three payout routes, with Visa and a Canadian EFT or eCheque. ToonieBet pays back to the deposit method, and High Flyer Casino pays e-wallets within 3 to 24 hours.
What is the minimum Skrill withdrawal at an Ontario casino?
$50 at all four Casino Rewards brands — Luxury Casino, Zodiac Casino, Grand Mondial and Yukon Gold — against a $10 minimum deposit at three of them. ToonieBet’s and High Flyer Casino’s general minimum withdrawal is $20.
Does Skrill charge a fee in Canada?
Skrill funds Canadian wallets by Interac and states a standard fee of up to 2.5% of the transaction, after an introductory period that ended on 31 July 2024. That is a charge on funding the wallet: the four Casino Rewards brands do not charge for a Skrill withdrawal.
Do any Ontario casinos accept Neteller?
None. Neteller is owned by the same group as Skrill and paysafecard, but no operator on the iGaming Ontario register publishes it as a payment method. paysafecard appears at sixteen sites, thirteen of them for deposits only; PartyCasino and bwin also pay out to a paysafecard account.
Why do so few Ontario casinos take Skrill?
The province’s large operators run on Interac and cards, which cover the market without a third party. Four of the seven Skrill sites are older international brands whose Ontario cashiers cannot pay out by Interac at all, so for them the wallet is a necessity.
