Yes. Spin Casino is on the iGaming Ontario register of regulated sites at spincasino.ca/ontario. The operator is Cadtree Limited, a company registered in Alderney, in the Channel Islands, and the footer of the Ontario site gives its registration as OPIG1237906, issued on 23 June 2022.
The same footer says Cadtree “is licensed under the Ontario Gaming Commission”. There is no such body: the regulator is the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), which Spin Casino’s own terms name correctly. And the shared help centre prints a different number in its footer, OPIG1236392 — the registration of its sister casino Jackpot City.

None of those slips changes the legal position: an account opened at spincasino.ca/ontario sits under AGCO rules. The bigger risk is ending up somewhere else, which with this brand is easier than with any other we have reviewed.
Six Spin Casinos in the Search Results
In October 2026, a Canadian search for “spin casino ontario” returned the Ontario casino twice in the first ten results — its home page and its slots page. Most of the rest were sites that are not it:

None of them is on the iGaming Ontario register. A site that advertises an offer in a search result is a warning sign in itself, because Ontario’s advertising rules keep inducements off public pages. The international .com is a real casino, but not one regulated here: when we opened it from a Toronto connection it did not redirect, and showed its own promotions above a choice of Alberta, Ontario or Other.
The rule: in Ontario, the only Spin Casino under AGCO protection is the one whose address ends in spincasino.ca/ontario, or the app published for Ontario. Type the address rather than clicking through from search.

Spin Casino is one of four casinos Cadtree runs in Ontario under one set of terms and conditions — Spin Casino, Ruby Fortune, Jackpot City and Royal Vegas — and Cadtree belongs to Super Group (SGHC), the listed group that also owns Betway.

- One set of terms. Spin Casino’s terms (version 1.8, updated 16 April 2026) are word for word those of its sisters, including the withdrawal clause discussed below.
- One support desk. The help centre, live chat and toll-free line are shared.
- One exclusion. An exclusion blocks “any accounts you hold with our casinos”.
The brand says it has been in iGaming “since 2001”. The Ontario site and app date from 2022.
Spin Casino Ontario Games
How many games?
Spin Casino does not publish a game count for Ontario; its pages speak of “hundreds of games”. Affiliate reviews quote anything from “600+” (casino.org) and “over 1,000” (online-casinos.ca) to “1,400+, including 850+ slots and 75+ live tables” (casino.ca). The lobby opens only to a signed-in, geolocated account, so none of these can be checked from outside. Treat the catalogue as several hundred games — its sister Jackpot City now advertises 1,000+ — but uncounted.

The home page names Games Global and Pragmatic Play as the main suppliers, and the Apricot mark of Games Global sits in the footer. The Android app is published under the name “Zulu Digital”, not Cadtree, which is why several reviews say there is no Spin Casino app for Ontario. Its support address is the Cadtree player support centre and its privacy policy links to spincasino.ca/ontario, so it is the official app. The iPhone app’s store description still lists the UK’s GamCare helpline among its support contacts; Ontario players should use ConnexOntario. How to Sign Up and Log In at Spin Casino Ontario
- Go to spincasino.ca/ontario or install the Ontario app. Not spincasino.com, even if its province selector offers Ontario, and none of the lookalike sites.
- Register with details that match your ID. You must be 19 or older; only payment methods in your name are accepted.

Fast Withdrawals: three versions of one rule
Spin Casino advertises “Fast Withdrawals” that remove “the 48-hour reversal period”, and on 28 April 2026 the help centre published “Spin Casino Instant Withdrawals”: Interac and card withdrawals paid “almost instantly”, with “no reversal or pending period”, for the first withdrawal of the day made after 7am Eastern. That is a real improvement — but the operator’s own documents do not agree with it:

The instant article also lists PayPal and “eCheck/ACH” — PayPal is not offered at Spin Casino Ontario, and ACH is an American bank system — which suggests it was written once and copied across brands. The binding document is the terms. Expect fast payouts for a weekday Interac or Visa withdrawal, but do not count on anything moving at the weekend, and keep the $50 minimum in mind. The FAQ only points to live chat, so the phone number is easy to miss; it is on the help centre’s contact page. Formal complaints must be made within six months, you have four weeks to reply to any message about them, and no complaint can be logged within a week of a withdrawal. Only a completed internal complaint gives you the reference number that eCOGRA, the independent adjudicator, requires before iGaming Ontario (igaming@igamingontario.ca, 1-833-554-4263).
Is Spin Casino Safe?
On the fundamentals, yes: AGCO registration, an iGaming Ontario operating agreement, FINTRAC identity checks, two-step verification, eCOGRA disputes and the RG Check accreditation, under a listed parent group. The weaknesses are in the paperwork, most of it shared with Cadtree’s other casinos:
