Casino and sportsbook in one account
Titan Play combines a large casino with a sportsbook covering hockey, basketball, football, soccer, tennis and live betting, all on one wallet. Your history is split the same way: the Bet List in your account has separate Casino, Live Casino and Sport pages, each with a date filter. This review focuses on the casino side.

Titan Play Games
The casino lobby splits into 15 shelves, from Top and New to Megaways, Slingo, Casual Games and Tables, with a search box that takes game, provider or feature names. A seasonal shelf rotates Christmas, Easter, Valentine’s Day and Halloween games through the year.

2,669 games, counted
We read the full Ontario lobby the site loads, from Toronto: 2,261 casino games and 416 live games, 2,669 in total once shared titles are counted once. The New shelf alone holds 132 recent releases.
| Category | Games |
|---|---|
| Slots | 2,198 |
| Live casino | 416 |
| RNG and First Person table games | 39 |
| Casual and crash games | 34 |
| Slots with a feature buy | 577 |
| Megaways slots | 132 |
| Slingo | 44 |
Slots
Slots make up 2,198 of the 2,261 casino titles, and 1,425 of them open in demo. You can filter the lobby by studio, volatility, theme and feature. 680 games carry a volatility label, and 469 of those are rated High. Pragmatic Play supplies 470 casino titles, Red Tiger 239 and Hacksaw Gaming 176. The 577 slots that let you buy the feature round have their own shelf.
The Hot and Cold shelves sort games by recent returns. Titan Play states that these labels reflect recent play only and do not guarantee future results. At the top of the volatility scale, Nolimit City’s Tombstone RIP lists the highest maximum win of any slot in the lobby data, 300,000 times the stake, at a 94.08% RTP.
Where to start: Blood Suckers (NetEnt), shown at 98.00% RTP and playable in demo.
Megaways Slots

The Megaways shelf shows 106 games, but the lobby holds 132 Megaways titles once you add those filed elsewhere, such as Bass Boss Megaways, Mummy Megaways and Zombie School Megaways. The shelf also mixes in ten games that are not Megaways, among them Apollo Pays and Big Bad Bison. Pragmatic Play has 43 of the 132, Red Tiger 37, Big Time Gaming 23 and NetEnt 10, and 120 run in demo. Titan Play’s own description puts the ceiling at 117,649 ways to win. For a hockey theme, Red Tiger’s Hockey Power Play Megaways sits in the main slot list. Compare the range with our Megaways slots guide.
Where to start: White Rabbit (Big Time Gaming) at 97.72% RTP, or Blood Suckers Megaways (Red Tiger) at 97.66%, both with a demo.
Jackpot Slots
Titan Play has no jackpot shelf and no site-wide jackpot. Jackpots come inside individual slots, and the lobby’s feature filter has a Fixed Jackpots option to list them. The biggest group is Wazdan’s: 32 slots with Grand Gold, Platinum or Diamond editions or a jackpot round, such as 15 Coins Grand Gold Edition and Hot Slot: 777 Cash Out Grand Platinum Edition. None of Wazdan’s 78 games opens in demo. Big Time Gaming adds Millionaire Megapots, Christmas Megapots and Fruit Merge Megapots, Red Tiger has Jackpot Train and Rainbow Jackpots, and NetEnt has Divine Fortune Megaways and Divine Fortune Black.
Where to start: Divine Fortune Megaways (NetEnt), 96.09% RTP, medium volatility and a demo.
Slingo and Classic Slots
The Slingo shelf has 44 games that mix a slot reel with bingo-style number matching. Branded versions include Slingo Starburst, Slingo Sweet Bonanza, Slingo Money Train, Deal Or No Deal and Tetris Slingo. Only three of the 44 have a demo: Baking Bonanza, Book Of Slingo and Slingo Journey To Asgard.
The Classic Slots shelf adds 48 fruit-and-sevens games. Pragmatic Play’s Fire Hot and Shining Hot series sit between 95.2% and 95.4% RTP, Playson brings its Hold and Win coin games, Red Rake its Million series, and Gamomat’s 40 Finest XXL shows 96.11%.
Where to start: Joker’s Jewels (Pragmatic Play), 96.50% RTP with a demo.
Crash and Casual Games
34 casual games have their own shelf. Gaming Corps supplies 15, including Plinko 5000, Piggy Smash and Penalty Champion. Pragmatic Play has 7, among them Spaceman, Big Bass Crash and Limbo+, and Hacksaw Gaming 5, with Plinko, Mines and Speed Crash. Stakelogic’s five instant games and Evolution’s Stock Market fill the rest. Gaming Corps titles have no demo; Hacksaw’s Plinko and Mines do.
Where to start: Spaceman (Pragmatic Play), 96.50% RTP with a demo.
Roulette

The live Roulette shelf holds 58 tables: Evolution 23, Ezugi 15, Pragmatic Play 13 and Stakelogic 7. Evolution’s Auto-Roulette and First Person Roulette start at $0.10, Lightning Roulette at $0.20 and Immersive Roulette at $0.50, all with a $5,000 maximum. On the Tables shelf you also get 13 RNG, automated and First Person wheels: Relax Gaming’s Roulette Nouveau shows a 97.30% RTP, Red Tiger has Platinum Roulette Single Zero, and NetEnt has European Roulette. Our Ontario roulette guide compares the variants.
Where to start: Roulette Nouveau in demo, then First Person Roulette from $0.10 a spin.
Blackjack and Table Games

The Tables shelf has 39 RNG and First Person games, and 38 of them run in demo. Relax Gaming’s Blackjack Neo shows a 99.60% RTP, the highest in the lobby. NetEnt adds Blackjack Classic, Baccarat Pro and Casino Hold’em Poker, Felt Gaming has BlackJack+ and Caribbean Blackjack, and Red Tiger has Platinum Blackjack Side Bets. Evolution’s First Person range covers blackjack, baccarat, craps, Super Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger and Video Poker, and First Person Blackjack takes $0.50 to $2,500 a hand. Gaming Corps’ seven blackjack and baccarat games sit in the slot list, not on this shelf, and have no demo. Strategy basics are in our online blackjack guide.
Where to start: Blackjack Neo in demo, then First Person Blackjack from $0.50.

This is a strong line-up for online slot fans: Hacksaw, Nolimit City, Relax and Big Time Gaming all have deep catalogues here, alongside Pragmatic, Red Tiger and NetEnt. Demo coverage varies by studio: NetEnt opens 131 of its 143 games in demo and Relax 100 of 116, while Wazdan and Gaming Corps offer none. More in our guide to slots at Ontario casinos.
Where to start: the Relax Gaming filter, which holds 7 of the 13 casino games listed at 97% RTP or more.
Demo play and published RTP
1,476 casino games can be played in demo before you deposit. The lobby also shows a return-to-player figure for 706 games, with a median of 95.94%, and 349 of them are at 96% or more. Among the highest are Book of 99 (99.0%), Money Cart and Blood Suckers (98%), and Blackjack Neo at 99.6%. Compare with our list of the highest-RTP slots in Ontario.
Titan Play Live Casino
The live casino is one of the larger ones in Ontario, with 416 games from four studios: Pragmatic Play Live (183), Evolution (173), Ezugi (42) and Stakelogic (18). Blackjack makes up about half, with 204 tables, followed by 80 baccarat and 61 roulette games, plus game shows. Only seven live games have a demo, so the tile limits are worth reading before you sit down. See our guide to live casino in Ontario.
Live Blackjack
Pragmatic Play runs most of the 204 blackjack tables, including ONE Blackjack and the Privé Lounge range. Evolution brings Infinite Blackjack, Lightning Blackjack and Power Blackjack, all at $1 to $2,500, plus Bet Stacker Blackjack at $50 to $5,000. Its Classic Speed Blackjack tables take $5 to $2,500, Speed VIP Blackjack starts at $50, and Blackjack Grand VIP at $500. Ezugi adds Unlimited Blackjack and Gold Blackjack, and Stakelogic has its own row, covered below.
Where to start: Infinite Blackjack (Evolution), from $1 a hand.
Baccarat, Poker and Dice
The Baccarat shelf has 80 tables: Evolution 37, Pragmatic Play 31 and Ezugi 12. Evolution’s Speed Baccarat A takes $1 to $5,000, and Golden Wealth Baccarat $1 to $1,000. The Poker shelf adds 11 games, among them Casino Hold’em, Caribbean Stud Poker ($0.50 to $1,000) and Ultimate Texas Hold’em ($0.50 to $500), plus Teen Patti and Andar Bahar. Craps & Dice has 12, from Evolution’s Craps and Lightning Dice to Super Sic Bo ($0.20 to $2,500) and Bac Bo. Rules and side bets are covered in our baccarat guide.
Where to start: Speed Baccarat A from $1, or Casino Hold’em if you prefer poker.
Game Shows

The Game Shows shelf has 43 titles, and Evolution makes 32 of them: Crazy Time, MONOPOLY Live, Monopoly Big Baller, Funky Time, Lightning Storm, Ice Fishing and Mega Ball among them. Pragmatic Play has 8, including Mega Wheel, Sweet Bonanza Candyland, Treasure Island and Snakes & Ladders Live, and Ezugi adds EZ Marble Race Las Vegas. Entry stakes are low: $0.10 on Crazy Time, MONOPOLY Live and Funky Time, and $0.01 on Mega Ball. Crazy Time and Stock Market also appear in the casino lobby.
Where to start: Mega Ball from $0.01, or Crazy Time from $0.10.
Salon Privé Tables

The Privé shelf gathers 37 tables. Evolution’s Salon Privé blackjack and baccarat take $1,000 to $10,000 a hand, and Salon Privé Blackjack D and F start at $2,000. Pragmatic Play adds ten Privé Lounge Blackjack tables. Weigh these stakes against the cash-out rules below: Titan Play pays out at most CAD 25,000 in any 30 days, so a big win at these tables can take months to withdraw.
SuperStake and Canada Blackjack

Titan Play gives Stakelogic Live its own shelf, second only to Featured. SuperStake holds 10 tables: Super Stake Roulette, with multipliers up to 5,000x, Super Stake Blackjack VIP, with up to 100x, Extended Blackjack and seven American Blackjack Classic tables. Stakelogic’s 18 live games also include Super Boost Blackjack VIP, Glam Roulette and Sport Auto Roulette. The Featured shelf carries Ezugi’s Canada Blackjack, and on the casino side Red Tiger’s World Soccer Fortunes Canada keeps the local theme.
Where to start: Super Stake Roulette, the first tile on the SuperStake shelf.
Titan Play Sports Betting
The sportsbook is the half Titan Play puts its name to: its app is filed under Sports rather than Casino. The store listing advertises 30+ sports, with the NHL, NBA, CFL, NFL, MLB and the Premier League as headline leagues, and the named features are Cash Out, Event Builder (its same game parlay) and Early Payout, plus live in-game betting. For odds, markets and limits, read our full Titan Play sportsbook review on our sister site, Sports Betting Ontario.
SuperPot prediction pools
SuperPot is a pool game inside the sportsbook. You buy a ticket of predictions on a set of events, and the pot is shared among the best scores after a 20% commission on every ticket. A Dynamic Pot grows with each ticket sold; a Fixed Pot does not. You need at least 3 correct picks to win, tied players split a prize equally, and markets include 1X2, Over/Under and Handicap across soccer, basketball, American football, baseball, ice hockey and tennis.
The Titan Play App
Titan Play has an iPhone app on the Canadian App Store, published by Shark77 Limited. It has a low rating, 1.6 from just 14 reviews, and two of the four written reviews shown on the listing complain about the withdrawal limits. The app is 42.7 MB, needs iOS 15.1 or later, also runs on iPad and Apple-silicon Macs, and is English only. The first listed version, 1.12.0, dates from September 24, 2024; the current build is 1.18.2. Our comparison of Ontario casino apps ranks the better-rated alternatives.
Android and the mobile site
There is no Titan Play app on Google Play in Canada. Titan Play tells Android users to log in through the mobile browser instead, and one login works across all your devices. The operator says the browser version has no cutbacks in games or features, and it carries the same casino, live casino and sportsbook as the desktop site.

Titan Play Payments and Withdrawals
Deposits and withdrawals work by Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Interac and bank transfer, all in Canadian dollars. Titan Play charges no deposit fee, although your bank or payment provider may.
| Rule | Titan Play Ontario |
|---|---|
| Minimum deposit | CAD 20, no deposit fees |
| Minimum withdrawal | CAD 20 |
| Internal processing | Up to 3 business days |
| Withdrawal cap | CAD 5,000 per 24 hours, CAD 25,000 per 30 days |
| Number of withdrawals | Two per 7 days, one pending at a time |
| Method | Back to the method you deposited with |
The caps are the term to note. Two withdrawals a week and CAD 5,000 a day are tighter than at most Ontario casinos, so a large win is paid out over several weeks unless Titan Play agrees higher limits with you in writing. Only one request can be pending; to change it, cancel it from your Transactions page and submit a new one. Each deposit must be wagered once before you can withdraw it, and winnings are capped at CAD 250,000 a day. See the Ontario casinos with instant withdrawals if speed matters more.
Interac e-Transfer
Interac deposits show on your bank statement as an Interac e-Transfer from Wyzia, the payment provider Titan Play uses. To deposit and withdraw by Interac, turn on Autodeposit in your online banking: it links your email address to your bank account, so withdrawals land directly in your account without an email step. More on Ontario casinos that take Interac.
Visa and Mastercard
Card deposits appear on your statement as Titanplay or Shark77, depending on the processor. To prove the card is yours, send a photo of the front and back with the first six and last four digits, your name and the expiry date visible, and cover the other digits and the CVC. For an inactive, virtual or disposable card, a bank statement showing your name and the last four digits works instead. Compare Visa casinos in Ontario.
Skrill
Skrill deposits appear in your Skrill activity, and on any linked card or bank account, as Titanplay or Shark77. Proof of ownership is a screenshot of your Skrill Settings page with the page URL, name, email, phone number and address visible, or a PDF statement issued in the last six months. See Skrill casinos in Ontario for alternatives.
Bank transfer
Bank transfer is the one method that does not update your balance at once; the other deposits credit straight away. Titan Play applies a closed loop, so withdrawals go back to the account you deposited from. If you ask for a different account, you get an email asking you to prove it is yours: a bank statement from the last six months showing your name and account number. This check can slow the payout. More in our guide to bank transfer casinos.
How to Join Titan Play
- Be 19 or older and in Ontario.
- Register at titanplay.ca and fill in the required fields.
- Verify with a government photo ID and a selfie.
- Set limits on deposits, losses and turnover.
- Deposit from CAD 20.
Registration asks for your full legal name, a username, date of birth, full address, phone number and email; employer details are optional. Until you verify, the account is pre-activated: you can edit your details and set limits, but you cannot play.
Identity checks and account rules
Verification uses a government photo ID, such as a driver’s licence or passport, and a selfie taken with your phone camera, and the ID must match your account details. Titan Play can also ask for proof of address and, under its anti-money-laundering policy, for source-of-funds documents at any stage. Deposits and withdrawals stay locked until your profile is complete and verified.
The terms allow one registration per person, family, household address, email, payment account, IP address and shared computer, such as a library or office PC. Extra accounts can be closed, and hiding your location with a VPN is banned.
No inactivity fee
An account with no activity for 365 days becomes dormant. If the balance is zero it is closed at no charge; if money is left, Titan Play contacts you and gives you 28 days to say where to send it. There is no monthly fee. A deposit or a bet reactivates the account. If Titan Play cannot return the money, the terms let it donate the balance to a problem-gambling charity, but only after a final notice and 12 months.
Closing your account
The Deactivate Account button in My Limits closes the account at once; a request emailed from your registered address to support@titanplay.ca takes up to 24 hours. Withdraw your balance first, or ask for any remaining funds to be returned. This route is for closures unrelated to gambling harm; for that, use self-exclusion, covered below.
Is Titan Play Safe?
Yes. Shark77 Limited holds AGCO registration OPIG1299224 and operates in the market managed by iGaming Ontario. Withdrawals follow a closed-loop rule back to your deposit method, and identity checks use a photo ID and selfie. Its games come from regulated studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution and NetEnt, and Titan Play states that all its games are RNG-tested and certified.
Bots, collusion and location masking are banned. If Titan Play finds collusion it cancels withdrawals and voids winnings, but you keep the right to withdraw what you deposited. You can report suspected bots or collusion to support, and your identity stays confidential.
Player funds and data
Deposits are held by Titan Play’s bank in designated player accounts, separate from the company’s own money. Balances are in Canadian dollars, earn no interest and are not covered by deposit insurance. Personal data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2 or higher and at rest with AES-256, on Google Cloud servers in the EU. Privacy requests go to the data protection officer at privacy@shark77ltd.com, and you can also complain to Ontario’s Information and Privacy Commissioner.
Responsible Gambling at Titan Play
| Tool | Options |
|---|---|
| Deposit limit | Daily, weekly or monthly |
| Turnover limit | Casino, sports or both |
| Loss limit | Daily, weekly or monthly |
| Reality check | Pop-up with time logged in and win/loss |
| Session limit | Pop-up you cannot close at the set time |
| Time-out | 1 day, 7 days, 1, 2 or 3 months |
| Self-exclusion | 6 months, 1 year or 5 years; cannot be reversed |
| BetGuard | All regulated Ontario sites |
Decreases apply at once; increases wait 24 hours. Your Bet List and Transaction List show up to six months of play, with the start time and length of each session. Titan Play also runs its own checks and can limit or suspend an account it believes is at risk. More in our guide to responsible gambling in Ontario.
Deposit, loss and turnover limits

You can set limits at sign-up or later in My Limits, by day, week or month. They run on calendar periods in UTC-04:00: days reset at midnight, weeks on Sunday and months on the 1st. When limits overlap, the strictest wins, so a weekly limit cannot exceed your monthly one. A turnover limit can cover casino, sport or both. Loss limits ignore winnings: with a $1,000 monthly loss limit, a $500 deposit that grows to $2,000 still counts as $500 at risk.
Reality check and session limit
A reality check pops up at the interval you choose with your time logged in and your win/loss for the session, and you can close it until the next one. A session limit shows a pop-up at the time you set that cannot be closed: the only button is Log Out.
Break in Play
Break in Play is Titan Play’s time-out: 1 day, 7 days, or 1, 2 or 3 months. You can still log in, but you cannot deposit, bet or play. Marketing keeps arriving unless you switch it off in your account preferences. Set it in My Limits or by email to support@titanplay.ca.
Self-exclusion
Self-exclusion runs for 6 months, 1 year or 5 years, starts at once and cannot be revoked. You are logged out, open bets are cancelled except those already live, and marketing stops within 48 hours. When the period ends the account stays closed until you ask to reopen it, which takes a conversation with the customer protection team and a 24-hour cooling-off. Shark77 runs only Titan Play on the iGaming Ontario register, so this exclusion covers this one site.
BetGuard and ConnexOntario
To block every regulated Ontario site at once, use BetGuard, iGaming Ontario’s central self-exclusion. It is open to anyone 19 or older, needs no player account and runs separately from Titan Play’s own exclusion: ending one does not end the other. Call 1-833-776-7171 toll-free or visit BetGuard.ca. ConnexOntario offers free, confidential help 24/7 at 1-866-531-2600.
Titan Play Customer Support
Support runs 24/7 by live chat and by email at support@titanplay.ca. There is no customer phone line: the only numbers on the site belong to ConnexOntario and BetGuard.
Live chat
Open the chat from any Live Chat banner on the site, then enter your email or username to start. If no agent is free, the chat lets you leave an email request, which the team answers as soon as it can. Chat also takes reports of suspected bots or collusion.
support@titanplay.ca handles gameplay, account, payment and technical questions, and it also accepts time-out, limit and closure requests. complaints@titanplay.ca is for formal complaints, and privacy@shark77ltd.com for requests about your personal data.
Complaints and escalation
Complaints go to complaints@titanplay.ca first. The team aims to reply within 48 hours and must give you an outcome within 90 days; if it needs longer, it tells you within the first 10 days. The process is free. If you are not satisfied, you can take the matter to iGaming Ontario or to the AGCO, whose decision binds both you and Titan Play. For responsible gambling, advertising or suspected illegal activity, you can go to the AGCO or iGaming Ontario directly.

Titan Play Ontario earns 3.5 out of 5. The game library is its strength: 2,669 games from 43 studios, a 416-game live casino, demo play on most slots, published RTP on hundreds of titles and no inactivity fee.
It loses points on cash-outs and mobile. Withdrawals are capped at CAD 5,000 a day and two a week, there is a CAD 20 minimum each way, and the app is poorly rated.
Choose Titan Play if you want a wide slot and live catalogue and play with moderate stakes. High rollers should look at casinos with higher withdrawal limits.
