FireVegas Casino Ontario Review: 1,690 Games, Demo on Almost All
- Software Providers

FireVegas is a slots-first Ontario casino run by TWHG Inc. on the White Hat Gaming platform. We counted 1,690 games from 73 studios, with demo play on almost all of them, 219 Play’n GO slots and a 23-table Pragmatic live casino. 19+.
Know three rules before you deposit: withdrawals sit pending for up to two days, cash-outs are capped at CA$10,000 a week, and a CA$5 monthly fee starts after a year without a bet. Self-exclusion for a gambling problem also covers sister site Toppz; deposit and loss limits do not.
Pros
1,690 games from 73 studios
Demo play on almost every game
219 Play’n GO slots
16 RNG blackjack games

Is FireVegas Legal in Ontario?
Yes. FireVegas is on the iGaming Ontario register at firevegas.com, approved for casino. The Ontario site is run by TWHG Inc., which is registered with the AGCO and operates within the market managed by iGaming Ontario. You must be 19 or older and physically in Ontario. More on how the market works in our guide to Ontario’s online gambling rules.
TWHG Inc. is a Delaware corporation with its registered office in Dover. Under its operating agreement with iGaming Ontario, it runs the site and its games on iGO’s behalf, as its agent in the province. The same company runs one other Ontario casino, Toppz. The register lists both sites under TWHG Inc., and both for casino only.

A slots-first casino on the White Hat platform
FireVegas is a casino-only brand: no sportsbook, no poker room. It runs on the White Hat Gaming platform, and the lobby makes its priorities clear. More than nine in ten games are slots, and the live floor is a single studio. Support is in several languages, around the clock.
In numbers, 1,610 of the 1,690 games in the Ontario feed are slots, and all 23 live tables come from Pragmatic Play Live. The terms also allow TWHG to use group companies for marketing, systems development, some payment processing and customer service. The Android app, for example, lists White Hat Gaming Limited, with an address in Valletta, Malta, as its developer.
Read the Ontario terms, version 3.0
FireVegas serves more than one market from the same domain, so check that you are reading the right rules. The Terms and Conditions link in the site footer opens the Ontario document: version 3.0, last updated April 14, 2026, written for players residing in Ontario, in Canadian dollars and under Ontario law.
The /en-ca/terms address, which some links on the home page use, can open the version written for Great Britain instead. That one names White Hat Gaming Limited and the UK Gambling Commission, settles in pounds and sets complaint deadlines of 28 days to eight weeks. None of it applies to you. If a terms page mentions the UK regulator or GBP, close it and use the footer link.
The site has a French version, but the Ontario terms say the English text prevails over any translation.

FireVegas Games

Every count in this section comes from the site’s own Ontario game feed, which lists 1,690 titles with their studio and demo status. Where a lobby tab shows something different, you get both numbers.
1,690 games, counted
We loaded the complete Ontario game list from the site’s own game feed, from Toronto. It holds 1,690 games. That is fewer than the 3,000-plus some reviews quote, and the “All” tab on the site only shows a selection of 361, so use search or the provider pages to find a specific title.
| Category | Games |
|---|---|
| Slots | 1,610 |
| Megaways slots | 75 (the Megaways tab shows 61) |
| Big Bass series | 28 (the Big Bass tab shows 20) |
| Cluster tab | 12 |
| Live casino | 23 tables |
| RNG blackjack | 16 |
| RNG roulette | 12 |
| RNG poker tables | 4 |
| RNG baccarat | 1 |
| Crash, instant and arcade games | About 20 |
| Video poker | 3 |
Slots
Slots make up 1,610 of the 1,690 games. Eight studios supply 884 of them: Pragmatic Play (277 slots), Play’n GO (217), Hacksaw Gaming (105), Relax Gaming (72), Blueprint Gaming (64), Just For The Win (53), Push Gaming (49) and Iron Dog (47).
Play’n GO is the standout. Its slots include Book of Dead, Legacy of Dead, Fire Joker, Reactoonz 2 and Rise of Olympus 1000, and two of the ten games on the New tab, Wrappin’ More Gold and Redtail Robber Cash Vault Heist, are Play’n GO releases. From Hacksaw you get Wanted Dead or a Wild, Le Bandit Hold & Win and Le Pharaoh. Relax brings Money Train 2, 3, 4 and 5, Push Gaming has Jammin Jars and Big Bamboo, and Blueprint has The Goonies series. ELK Studios adds 21 slots, including Pirots, Katmandu Gold and Toro Shogun, even though it has no tile on the provider page.
The home page’s Popular Games shelf opens with Book of Dead, Gates of Olympus 1000, 12 Masks of Fire Drum Frenzy, Big Bass Splash, Bison Prime Power Combo and Fire Joker. Some names you may expect are missing: Wolf Gold, Sweet Bonanza and the original Gates of Olympus are not in the Ontario feed, and neither is any NetEnt title. More in our guide to online slots in Ontario.
Where to start: Book of Dead from Play’n GO, the first title on the Popular Games shelf, in demo mode before you stake real money.
Megaways, Big Bass and cluster slots
The Megaways tab shows 61 games, but the feed holds 75 Megaways slots. The tab includes Forever Split, which is not a Megaways game, and leaves out 15 that are, among them Big Time Gaming’s Bonanza and Extra Chilli, 5 Lions Megaways, Beetlejuice Megaways and Fishin’ Frenzy Big Catch Megaways. Pragmatic has the most Megaways titles (21), followed by Blueprint (13) and Iron Dog (8). Big Time Gaming supplies four: Bonanza, Extra Chilli, Gold Megaways and Rasputin Megaways.
Pragmatic’s Big Bass family runs to 28 titles by name, from Big Bass Bonanza and Bigger Bass Bonanza to Big Bass Splash 1000, Big Bass Halloween 3 and Big Bass Hold & Spinner Megaways. The Big Bass tab shows 20 of them. The Cluster tab holds 12 games, mostly from Play’n GO (Gemix, Reactoonz 2, Gigantoonz, Honey Rush) and Push Gaming (Jammin Jars, Giga Jar, Crystal Catcher, Retro Tapes). The Sticky Wilds tab has three: Wild Flower and Danger High Voltage from Big Time Gaming, and Top DawG’s from Relax. Our Megaways guide for Ontario shows how other lobbies compare.
Where to start: Bonanza from Big Time Gaming. The Megaways tab leaves it out, so find it through search.
Progressive Jackpots
This is the weakest part of the lobby. The Must go Jackpots tab in the menu holds no games in the Ontario feed, and none of the 1,690 titles carries the feed’s progressive-jackpot flag. There is no Mega Moolah.
The nearest titles have the word in their name: Jackpot Blaze from Pragmatic Play, Diamond King Jackpots from Spin Play Games and Golden Tiger Jackpot Fortunes from Neko Games. None of them is flagged as a progressive.
The terms still cover pooled progressives, in case FireVegas adds them. The CA$250,000 cap on any single bet or spin does not apply to a progressive jackpot win, but a jackpot above CA$250,000 can take up to 30 days to pay. If the pool is held in another currency, the amount you receive can be smaller than the figure on screen because of exchange rates, and the value on the game server is what gets paid. The jackpot total of more than $836 million on the home page is not an Ontario figure, as the section on the marketing numbers below explains.
Where to start: Jackpot Blaze from Pragmatic Play, in demo. If a large shared jackpot is the reason you play, choose another Ontario casino.
Roulette
You get 23 roulette games: 12 RNG wheels and 11 live tables. The Roulette tab shows only six of them, so use search for the rest.
Switch Studios makes eight of the 12 RNG games: European Roulette, Low Stakes Roulette, Three Wheel Roulette, Multifire Roulette Wildfire, Extreme Multifire Roulette, Immortal Romance Roulette, 9 Pots of Gold Roulette and Epic Strike Roulette 9 Masks of Fire. The other four are Roulette Nouveau (Relax), 3D European Roulette (Iron Dog), Roulette 4-Ball Extra Bet (Inspired Gaming) and GridIron Roulette (Microgaming). GridIron Roulette is the only one without a demo.
The 11 live wheels are all Pragmatic Play Live: Mega Roulette, Mega Roulette 3000, PowerUP Roulette, Fortune Roulette, Immersive Roulette Deluxe, Speed Roulette 1, French Roulette, American Roulette, Auto-Roulette, Gates of Olympus Roulette and a standard Roulette table. Our Ontario roulette guide compares the wheels at other sites.
Where to start: European Roulette from Switch Studios in demo, then Immersive Roulette Deluxe when you move to a live table.
Blackjack and Table Games

The RNG tables are better than the small live floor suggests. There are 16 blackjack games, 12 of them from Switch Studios: Perfect Strategy Blackjack, Atlantic City Blackjack, Vegas Strip Blackjack, European Blackjack, ReDeal Blackjack, High Streak Blackjack and six classic and multi-hand versions, several with side bets (Perfect-11, Buster Blackjack, Ten Side Bets). The other four are BlackJack MH (Play’n GO), Blackjack Neo (Relax), 3D Blackjack (Iron Dog) and Blackjack Pulse Time (Oi Studios). All 16 have a demo. The Blackjack tab shows only six of them, next to two live entries, so search for Perfect Strategy, ReDeal or High Streak. More in our guide to online blackjack in Ontario.
Beyond blackjack the RNG list is short. Scientific Games supplies four poker-based tables: Mississippi Stud, I Luv Suits, DJ Wild Stud Poker and Fortune Pai Gow Poker. Iron Dog’s 3D Baccarat is the only RNG baccarat game, and video poker comes down to three titles: Jacks Or Better from Microgaming, and All Aces Power Poker and Jacks or Better Power Poker from Flip Five Gaming. The Poker tab in the menu is empty in Ontario, and there is no RNG craps.
Where to start: Atlantic City Blackjack from Switch Studios, on the Blackjack tab, in demo first.
Live Dealer Casino

The live casino lists 23 tables, all from Pragmatic Play Live, plus four shortcuts to Pragmatic’s own lobbies for live casino, blackjack, baccarat and game shows. Those shortcuts open only from a funded account. There is no Evolution, so no Crazy Time or Lightning Roulette. What you get:
| Type | Tables | Count |
|---|---|---|
| Roulette | Mega Roulette, Mega Roulette 3000, PowerUP, Fortune, Immersive Deluxe, Speed Roulette 1, French, American, Auto-Roulette, Gates of Olympus Roulette, Roulette | 11 |
| Blackjack | ONE Blackjack, BlackjackX 1 and 41, Bet Behind Pro Blackjack | 4 |
| Baccarat and Asian games | Speed Baccarat 1, Dragon Tiger, Mega Sic Bo | 3 |
| Game shows | Money Time, The Bingo Spot, 24D Spin, Dice City | 4 |
| Poker | Casino Hold’em | 1 |
It covers the basics, but players who mainly play live will find more choice elsewhere. The sister site is built the same way: Toppz also runs Pragmatic Play Live only, with 37 tables. Casino Time has about 600, split between Evolution and Pragmatic. See our guide to live casino in Ontario, and the baccarat guide if one Speed Baccarat table is not enough.
Where to start: Mega Roulette for the wheel, ONE Blackjack for cards.
Game Shows
The game-show shelf is Pragmatic’s alone: Money Time, The Bingo Spot, 24D Spin and Dice City. Mega Sic Bo and Dragon Tiger sit next to them as quick dice and card games. The Evolution shows named in FireVegas’s own app listings, Monopoly Live and Dream Catcher, are not in the Ontario lobby, and neither is Crazy Time.
On the RNG side, Neko Games has two video bingo titles, Thunderstruck II Video Bingo and Break da Bank Again Video Bingo, Pragmatic has Bingo Mania, and Merkur has Fishin Frenzy Scratchcard. There is no bingo room, no keno and no Slingo: the Slingo tile on the provider page is empty in Ontario.
Where to start: Money Time, the first game show in the live lobby. Like most live tables here, it has no demo.
Crash, Instant and Arcade Games
About 20 games sit outside the slot and table categories, and Hacksaw Gaming supplies most of them: Speed Crash, Limbo, Dice, Twenty One, Colors, Boxes and Coins, plus Hi-Lo and Mines: Dare to Win in the slots list. You also get Plinko Go (1×2 Gaming), Maverick X (Ad Lunam), Thunderstruck FlyX (Stormcraft Studios), Runaway Chicken (Switch Studios) and Coin Machine Gaming’s Tap n Cash games, such as Lightning Fortunes Tap n Cash and Rabbit in the Hat Tap n Cash.
The plinko format also turns up as slots: Triple Pot Plinko – Hercules from Pragmatic, and Pond of Plinko and Pine of Plinko 2 from Print Studios. Three games in this group have no demo: Thunderstruck FlyX, Whack the Bell Tap n Cash and Coin Machine Gaming’s Hi Lo.
Where to start: Speed Crash from Hacksaw Gaming in demo, to see how fast a round settles before you stake money.
Software Providers
The provider page lists 79 studios, and 72 of them have games in Ontario. ELK Studios has no tile but supplies 21 slots, so the Ontario feed covers 73 studios in all. Several big names in the menu, including NetEnt, Red Tiger and Nolimit City, open on an empty page.
| Studio | Games at FireVegas |
|---|---|
| Pragmatic Play (slots and live) | 302 |
| Play’n GO | 219 |
| Hacksaw Gaming | 112 |
| Relax Gaming | 74 |
| Blueprint Gaming | 64 |
| Just For The Win | 53 |
| Push Gaming | 49 |
| Iron Dog | 49 |
| Microgaming | 39 |
| Spin Play Games | 39 |
| 63 other studios | 690 |
Play’n GO is unusually strong here: 219 games, including Book of Dead, Legacy of Dead, Reactoonz 2 and Fire Joker. Behind the leaders there is a long list of Games Global studios such as All41, Snowborn, Northern Lights, Gameburger and Foxium, plus Big Time Gaming Megaways. Microgaming’s 39 include Immortal Romance and the Break da Bank games.
Seven tiles on the provider page lead nowhere in Ontario: Nolimit City, NYX, Red 7, Slingo, Storm Gaming, Atomic Slot Lab and Outrageously Innovative Studios have no games in the feed.
Where to start: the Play’n GO page, 219 games deep, the strongest studio shelf on the site.
The Ontario lobby vs the marketing numbers

FireVegas markets itself with figures that describe its whole network rather than the Ontario lobby. They are easy to take at face value, so here is how they line up against the Ontario feed.
| What FireVegas shows | Where | Ontario feed |
|---|---|---|
| Pragmatic 480+, Play’n GO 340+, Hacksaw 160+ games | Provider tiles | 302, 219 and 112 |
| Nolimit City 110+ games | Provider tiles | 0 |
| Over 2,400 casino titles | Home page | 1,690 |
| Over 3,200 games | App Store and Google Play listings | 1,690 |
| Starburst, Wolf Gold, Monopoly Live, Dream Catcher | App listings | None of the four |
| Jackpot total of $836,150,245.94 | Home page | No game flagged as a progressive |
The home page also runs a “latest winners” ticker with amounts in pounds, euros and kronor, on games such as Starburst, Gonzo’s Quest and Crazy Time. None of those three is in the Ontario lobby.
None of this makes FireVegas unsafe, but it changes how you shop. If one game is the reason you are signing up, search for it on the Ontario site first.
Demo play on almost everything
1,639 of the 1,663 non-live games can be played for free before you deposit. The terms state that the return to player and the rules are the same in demo and real-money play, so a demo session is a fair preview.
The 24 exceptions are worth knowing. Six are Push Gaming slots: Wild Swarm, Fire Hopper, Bison Battle, Joker Troupe, Mystery Museum and Tiki Tumble. Play’n GO’s Ternion, Relax’s Book Of Power, GridIron Roulette and Thunderstruck FlyX are among the other 18. Every RNG blackjack game has a demo.
The FireVegas App
FireVegas has an iPhone app on the Canadian App Store, live since January 2023 and rated 3.7 from 44 reviews, and an Android app on Google Play, published by White Hat Gaming, with no ratings yet. The mobile site works in any browser with the same lobby. Ontario casino apps compared shows how other operators compare.
| Detail | iPhone and iPad | Android |
|---|---|---|
| Store | Canadian App Store | Google Play, Canada |
| Listed as | FireVegas – Online Casino | Firevegas |
| Seller or developer | Fort Media Ltd | White Hat Gaming Limited |
| Rating | 3.7 from 44 ratings | No ratings yet; 100+ downloads |
| Latest update | Version 1.3, May 14, 2026 | June 15, 2026 |
| Store age rating | 17+ | Mature 17+ |
iPhone and iPad
The iOS app is sold by Fort Media Ltd, not by TWHG Inc. or White Hat. It is a universal app for iPhone and iPad, needs iOS 14.0 or later and takes about 23 MB. Version 1.3 brought a UI update and bug fixes. The listing is in English only and carries the Ontario help lines: ConnexOntario at 1-866-531-2600 and BetGuard at 1-833-776-7171. A 3.7 rating built on 44 ratings since January 2023 is a thin base, so treat it as a rough signal.
Android
The Google Play app is listed by Whitehat Gaming, with White Hat Gaming Limited of Valletta, Malta, as the developer. It has 100+ downloads and no ratings, and its release notes read “Production Release v1 (App v0.0.2)”. The developer declares that the app collects and shares no data. The listing says the app is licensed to operate in Ontario and gives ConnexOntario’s number and text line: CONNEX to 247247.
Both store listings advertise more than 3,200 games and name titles such as Starburst, Monopoly Live and Dream Catcher. Read those as network claims: the Ontario feed holds 1,690 games and none of those three. If you would rather not install anything, the browser site gives you the same lobby; see our guide to mobile casinos in Ontario.

FireVegas Payments and Withdrawals
The cashier shows the deposit and withdrawal methods available to you once you log in. The Ontario terms set the rules that apply to all of them:
| Rule | FireVegas Ontario |
|---|---|
| Minimum withdrawal | CA$20 |
| Maximum withdrawal | CA$10,000 per week, unless approved in writing |
| Pending period | 1 to 2 days (the FAQ says 48 hours); you can reverse it |
| After approval | Up to 3 working days, depending on the method |
| Before your first withdrawal | Wager each deposit at least once |
| Withdrawal method | Back to the method you deposited with |
| Payment accounts | Must be in your own name |
| Currency | Canadian dollars only |
| Wins of CA$100,000 or more | Can be paid in 10 monthly instalments |
| Maximum payout per bet or spin | CA$250,000 (progressive jackpots excluded) |
In practice, plan on three to five days from request to money in your account. The first two days are a pending period during which you can reverse the withdrawal. The weekly cap of CA$10,000 matters only to high rollers. For faster options, see the fastest-paying Ontario casinos.
Deposits
FireVegas keeps its payment methods inside the cashier: they appear in the Deposit tab once you log in. The terms set the ground rules. You can only use methods registered in your own name, and you play in Canadian dollars. FireVegas may limit how much you deposit on a single day, does not accept cash, and bans transfers between accounts on its network, so you cannot move a balance from Toppz to FireVegas.
Cards and e-wallets are billed immediately. Any conversion charge or fee your card issuer or bank adds is yours to absorb. A chargeback breaks the terms and is listed as a reason to close the account. If you deposit and withdraw repeatedly without betting in proportion, FireVegas can pass its bank charges on to you before closing the account. Compare methods across operators in our Ontario payments guide.
Withdrawal timeline
A withdrawal first sits as pending: one to two days under the terms, 48 hours in the FAQ. During that window you can reverse it and keep playing, which is useful if you made a mistake and a risk if you are trying to stop. Leave it alone if you want the money out.
After the pending period the payments team runs its security checks and may ask for documents. Once approved, the payment is processed immediately but can take up to three working days to reach you, depending on the method. Processed funds leave FireVegas at the close of business each bank working day, so a weekend or holiday adds time. The FAQ sums the whole process up as three to five days.
Withdrawal rules to know
Withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with, and a method only becomes available for withdrawal after a successful deposit with it. If that method has expired or is no longer available, the payout waits until you give an alternative, and FireVegas may ask for documents to support it.
The minimum is CA$20. Before your first withdrawal you must have made at least one deposit and wagered that deposit once in full. The maximum is CA$10,000 a week unless FireVegas approves more in writing. Verification must be complete, and enhanced due diligence may apply if you withdraw money you did not play with.
Two more clauses can reduce a payout. If you owe FireVegas money for any reason, it can offset that before paying you. If it credits you by mistake, through a technical, pay-table or human error, it takes the amount back, even after you have withdrawn it. Enter your bank details carefully: a payment sent to wrong details you supplied cannot be repaid.
Big wins: instalments and caps
Three clauses matter if you hit something large. A win of CA$100,000 or more can be split into ten instalments, 10% a month for ten months, with no interest on the part still owed. FireVegas will pay at most CA$250,000 on any single bet or spin, whatever the game’s own top prize; only progressive jackpots sit outside that cap. And the weekly withdrawal limit of CA$10,000 still applies unless FireVegas approves more in writing.
To put numbers on it: a CA$60,000 balance withdrawn at CA$10,000 a week reaches your bank over six weeks, and a CA$200,000 win paid in instalments would arrive over ten months. Instalment clauses are not unusual in Ontario: NeoBet pays larger amounts in daily instalments, and Betinia splits larger wins as well.
FireVegas Account Rules
The Ontario terms carry rules that decide whether you get paid smoothly. These are the ones to read before your first deposit.
Verification
Expect to be asked for photo ID, such as a passport or driver’s licence, and a recent proof of address, such as a utility bill. You can send them to support@firevegas.com before your first withdrawal to speed things up.
The checks start earlier and can return later. You may need to confirm your email through an activation link; until you do, the account can be suspended and winnings voided. Age is checked electronically, sometimes through third-party agencies, and the privacy notice says FireVegas may consult TransUnion and Equifax on your financial position as part of its responsible gambling duties. Anti-money-laundering checks can add proof that you own each payment method and evidence of where your funds come from. The terms give cumulative deposits of 2,000 as one example of when extra checks can start; the Ontario document writes that figure in euros.
Withdrawals can be limited or suspended while checks run. If verification fails, the terms are strict: the account is closed and you get back your remaining balance only up to the value of your initial deposits. Winnings above that are not credited.
One account, your own money
You may hold one account. If FireVegas finds a second, it can close them and void winnings from all of them. Every deposit and withdrawal must use a method in your own name; if a method in someone else’s name turns up, FireVegas can suspend it and contact its owner.
When you register, you also confirm that you live in Ontario at the address you gave and are physically in the province, that you have a valid bank account or debit card in your name, and that you are not self-excluded on any site in the network or excluded by the Registrar under the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario Act, 2019. If one of those statements turns out to be false, other than for self-excluded players, FireVegas can keep your stake and refuse to pay winnings.
The inactivity fee
This is the term to know. After 12 months without a bet, FireVegas emails you, and you have 30 days to log in. If you do not, it deducts CA$5, then CA$5 every month until you log in or the balance reaches zero. Withdraw your balance if you plan to stop playing.
Once the balance has sat at zero for six consecutive months, FireVegas can close the account. The fee is not unique to FireVegas: Casino Time also charges $5 a month on accounts inactive for 12 months.
Closing your account
You can close your account at any time by contacting support. A standard closure is not a safeguard, though: you can reopen the account at any time by contacting support again. If you are closing because gambling has become a problem, use self-exclusion instead, which cannot be undone before it expires.
FireVegas can close accounts too. The terms list the usual triggers: more than one account, a name that does not match the payment method, chargebacks, not living in Ontario, letting someone else play, bots or automated play, and offensive language in chat. Where the closure follows a breach of the terms, FireVegas can void winnings and keep the balance. Otherwise, your remedy is the return of any undisputed balance.
Disconnections and game errors
If you lose your connection mid-game, the FAQ says your winnings stay intact, and a feature round in progress can usually be resumed by relaunching the game from ‘Your FireVegas’. Your balance is whatever the server recorded after your last completed bet. Once you place another bet, the earlier result can no longer be disputed, so if something looks wrong, stop and contact support first.
If a game malfunctions, bets placed during the fault are void and refunded, and any money it paid out in error is taken back. Where your screen and the server disagree, the server’s result stands. If a game will not load, clear your browser cache and cookies and log in again before you contact support.
FireVegas Customer Support
Live chat and email
Support is by live chat, 24/7, on desktop and mobile, and by email at support@firevegas.com, with a target reply within 24 hours. There is no phone line.
The FireTeam, as FireVegas calls its support staff, works in several languages. The contact page doubles as the FAQ and answers the common questions first: withdrawal timing, password resets, disconnections and games that will not load. Passwords reset through an automated ‘Forgot Password?’ service. Use email for complex requests and for sending verification documents. Chats can be reviewed and recorded, and the site has a feedback button if you want to report a missing game or a fault.
Complaints and the iGO route
Complaints follow three stages: the support agent, a team leader, then the Complaints Team at complaints@firevegas.com, which gives you a case ID. FireVegas aims to resolve complaints within 90 days and will tell you in its first reply if it needs longer. If you are still not satisfied, the final reply explains how to escalate to iGaming Ontario.
| Stage | Who handles it | What to know |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Support agent, by live chat or email | Explain what happened and when |
| 2 | The agent’s team leader | Reviews the decision |
| 3 | Complaints Team, complaints@firevegas.com | Case ID; final internal answer |
| After stage 3 | iGaming Ontario | Free; its ruling is final for both sides |
Two rules can catch you out. Complaints posted on social media or forums are not accepted; you will be sent back to this procedure. And while it runs, the terms ask you to keep the complaint confidential: discussing it in chat rooms or forums can put it on hold and get your account locked. To escalate, the terms give iGO’s numbers as (416) 326-8283 and 1-833-55-iGame, toll-free.
How to Join FireVegas
- Open the Ontario site: use the link on the iGaming Ontario register or the /en-ca pages, and check that the footer names TWHG Inc. and the AGCO.
- Register with your real details: legal name, date of birth and Ontario address, matching your ID. You must be 19+ and in Ontario, and you can only hold one account.
- Set a loss limit during registration, where the form gives you the option, and add deposit and session limits before you play.
- Verify by confirming the email link and sending photo ID and a recent proof of address.
- Deposit through the cashier with a method in your own name, and try games in demo first.
Choose your deposit method with the payout in mind: withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with, so use one you are happy to be paid to.
Is FireVegas Safe?
Yes. TWHG Inc. is registered with the AGCO and part of the market managed by iGaming Ontario. The site uses the White Hat Gaming platform. Games come from certified studios, and the terms confirm that demo and real-money play use the same RTP and rules.
Your money is held apart from the company’s: the terms say customer funds sit in a separate bank account used only for customer funds. Personal data is encrypted in transit with SSL, and the privacy notice keeps it for as long as you use the service and up to five years after, unless the law requires longer. Disputes go to iGaming Ontario at no charge, and the terms are governed by Ontario law, with Ontario courts having exclusive jurisdiction.
The risks here are about reading, not security. Use the Ontario terms from the footer link, not the Great Britain version, and judge the lobby by the Ontario feed rather than the network-wide figures on the banners.

Deposit, loss and session limits
The three limits work on different clocks. Deposit limits are rolling: daily means the last 24 hours, weekly the last 7 days and monthly the last 28 days, measured back from now. Loss limits follow the calendar: midnight to midnight, Monday to Sunday, or the first to the last day of the month. A session limit logs you out automatically when the time you chose runs out.
Lowering any limit takes effect at once. Raising or removing one takes 24 hours, and for deposit and loss limits you then have to confirm the change through a link emailed to you, so an increase never happens on impulse. The reality check adds a reminder at an interval you pick, showing the time played and your net result for the session; you can switch it on from the home page or from My Account.
One catch: limits set on FireVegas apply only to your FireVegas account, not to any other site the operator runs. If you also play at Toppz, set them there too.
Time-out
A time-out blocks you for 24 hours, one week, or one, two or three months. You set it in the Responsible Gambling section of My Account, and the account is suspended the moment you confirm. You cannot log in until it ends, and a request to cancel it early only takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
Nothing is lost while you wait. Balances and bets already placed stay on the account, any winnings are credited, and you can reach them once the cooling-off period has ended.
Self-exclusion across FireVegas and Toppz
Self-exclusion lasts 6 months, 1 year, 2 years or 5 years, and an excluded account cannot be reactivated under any circumstances before the period ends. When you self-exclude because of a gambling problem, it applies to all your accounts in the network. In Ontario that network is two sites, FireVegas and Toppz, both run by TWHG Inc. If you chose different periods on each, the longest one applies.
The process only counts once you finish it. You confirm that you understand the restrictions, choose the period, press submit and receive a confirmation email; stop halfway and the account stays open. If you ask support to do it by email instead, it is not instant, and the period defaults to six months unless you say otherwise.
When the period ends, the account does not simply reopen: you ask support, FireVegas runs an internal review, and a successful request comes with a 24-hour cooling-off period. FireVegas makes every reasonable effort to keep gambling marketing away from you during the exclusion, but says it cannot control third-party affiliate marketing.
BetGuard and outside help
BetGuard, run by iGaming Ontario, excludes you from every regulated online gambling site in the province. It is open to anyone 19 or older, needs no player account, and is separate from the FireVegas program: joining one does not change or end the other, and the two terms can differ. BetGuard’s toll-free line is 1-833-776-7171.
You do not need to be a customer to be blocked. Anyone can ask FireVegas support to stop them from registering by giving their name, email address, phone number and address.
For support outside the site, the policy points to ConnexOntario, the Responsible Gambling Council, BetBlocker blocking software and Consolidated Credit Canada for debt counselling. ConnexOntario answers at 1-866-531-2600, or text CONNEX to 247247.

FireVegas vs Toppz
Toppz is the same company in different colours: TWHG Inc. runs both, on the same kind of terms, with a CA$10,000 weekly withdrawal cap, a reversible pending period, 24/7 live chat and no phone line. Both run Pragmatic Play Live only, but Toppz has the bigger floor, with 37 tables against 23 here. Toppz shows 78 studios on its provider page and an operator figure of 2,445+ games, a sum of its per-studio labels, the same kind of label that reads 480+ for Pragmatic at FireVegas against 302 in its Ontario feed. Our Toppz review scores it 3.3 out of 5, against 3.5 for FireVegas.
What links them matters more than what separates them. Self-exclusion for a gambling problem covers both sites, but deposit, loss and session limits do not carry over, and you cannot move money between the two accounts.
FireVegas vs Fever Slots and Casino Time
Fever Slots is the closest match in size: 1,681 games, 1,638 of them slots, 80 Megaways and 30 live tables, mostly from Playtech, with an empty jackpot category. FireVegas counts nine more games, a deeper Play’n GO and Pragmatic catalogue, and Pragmatic rather than Playtech dealers.
Casino Time is the step up. It has 4,148 games and about 600 live tables, 301 from Evolution and 298 from Pragmatic Play Live, and most of its Interac withdrawals arrive in under 30 seconds. It charges the same $5 monthly inactivity fee after 12 months, so that cost does not set the two apart.
If you want a land-casino feel and a bigger live floor, Casino Time is the comparison. If you want FireVegas’s slot depth with more live tables under the same operator, Toppz is the one to check.
How We Reviewed FireVegas Ontario
We read firevegas.com from a Toronto connection: the Ontario terms (version 3.0), the FAQ and contact page, the player protection page, the privacy notice and the complete game feed, all 1,690 games with studio and demo status. App details come from the Canadian App Store and Google Play, and the registration from the iGaming Ontario register. The images were captured from the Ontario site. Figures for Toppz, Fever Slots, Casino Time, NeoBet and Betinia come from our own reviews of those sites. We did not open a funded account. Our review method explains how the scores are built.

FireVegas Ontario earns 3.5 out of 5. It is a solid slots casino. There are 1,690 games from 73 studios, a deep Play’n GO and Pragmatic catalogue, demo play on nearly everything and 16 RNG blackjack games. Support is on chat around the clock.
It loses points elsewhere. The live casino is small and Pragmatic-only, NetEnt and Red Tiger are absent, no game is flagged as a progressive jackpot, and withdrawals take three to five days. There is also a CA$5 monthly fee after a year without play, and the banners quote network figures, such as 2,400 and 3,200 games, that the Ontario lobby does not reach.
The account rules are clear once you read the right terms. Wins of CA$100,000 or more can be paid in ten monthly instalments, and self-exclusion for a gambling problem also covers your Toppz account, while limits do not carry over.
Choose FireVegas if you mainly play slots and like to try them first. If live dealers or fast cash-outs matter more, compare the alternatives in our ranking.
