A new Ontario casino with a Toronto address
Miki is one of the newest casinos on the Ontario register; its terms are on version 1.0. It runs on the same GiG platform as Casino Time, and its operator’s registered office is in downtown Toronto, in Suite 5300 of the TD Bank Tower. The site checks your device location before it loads, so allow location access in your browser.
The local base shows in the paperwork. The terms are governed by Ontario law, the courts of Ontario have sole jurisdiction over any dispute, and every fee in them is in Canadian dollars. Your account opens in CAD by default. The lobby has a few Canadian touches too: Evolution’s live Canada Classic Blackjack 5 table, Maple Megaways and World Soccer Fortunes Canada.

Miki Games

1,671 games, counted
We read the full game list that on.miki.com loads, from Toronto. It holds 1,671 games.
| Category | Games |
|---|---|
| Slots | 1,451 |
| Live casino | 188 |
| RNG table games, first-person games and video poker | About 30 |
| Instant win | 4 |
The lobby is arranged by shelves, not by studio. The casino tab has New Games, Most Popular (Miki Picks, Top New Arrivals and Big Bass World), Megaways, a shelf of 223 games where you can buy straight into the feature round, Table Games and All Slots, plus seasonal shelves. The live tab splits into Live Blackjack, Game Shows, Live Roulette, Live Baccarat, Live Poker and All Live Games. Search covers games and providers, and hovering over a tile shows the supplier’s name.
Slots

Slots make up 1,451 of the 1,671 games, and Pragmatic Play leads them: it supplies 587 games, only 79 of them live. The 47-game Miki Picks shelf opens with Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza, Big Bass Bonanza, Sugar Rush and Starlight Princess 1000, and its first twelve tiles are all Pragmatic. Further along you reach Starburst, Bonanza, Release the Kraken, Dead or Alive 2 and Money Train 3.
Miki publishes its own notes on about 50 titles, and the useful ones carry the maths. Sweet Bonanza is listed at 96.51% RTP, with stakes from CA$0.20 to CA$100 and a top win of 21,175x. Big Bass Bonanza is listed at 96.71% with a top win of 2,100x. Wolf Gold has a fixed 96.01% RTP and stakes from $0.25 to $125. The note on Gates of Olympus lists three RTP settings, 96.50%, 95.51% and 94.50%, so check the figure in the game’s own info screen before you play.
Where to start: Gates of Olympus. It pays for eight or more matching symbols anywhere on a 6×5 grid, and Miki’s note puts the top win at 5,000x your stake. More in our guide to real-money slots in Ontario.
Megaways, Slingo and Big Bass

Megaways is the deepest slot format here. The Megaways shelf shows 102 games, and counting every title built on the mechanic gives 123: 62 under Evolution’s label, such as Bonanza, Extra Chilli, White Rabbit and Gonzo’s Quest Megaways; 45 from Pragmatic Play, including Buffalo King, 5 Lions and The Dog House Megaways; 12 from Relax Gaming’s catalogue, such as Temple Tumble; and four from NetEnt, among them Divine Fortune and Fruit Shop Megaways.
Slingo players get 65 titles with Slingo in the name, among them Slingo Starburst, Slingo Sweet Bonanza, Slingo Money Train, Deal or No Deal Slingo and Tetris Slingo. The Slingo label itself covers 84 games, because 19 are ordinary slots and table games such as Looting Leprechaun, 9k Yeti and BlackJack X-Change.
Pragmatic’s fishing series has its own shelf. Big Bass World holds 34 versions, from the original Big Bass Bonanza to Big Bass Splash 1000 and the crash-style Big Bass Crash.
Where to start: Buffalo King Megaways. Miki’s note gives it a 96.52% RTP, stakes from CA$0.20 to CA$125 and a top win of 5,000x.
Progressive Jackpots
Miki has no jackpot shelf, and its 1,671 games include none of the networked progressives that headline other Ontario lobbies: no Mega Moolah, no WowPot and no Dream Drop. Titles with Jackpot or Pots in the name, such as Triple 7’s Jackpot, Demon Pots and Caishen’s Cash Pots, sit with the regular slots.
The terms still cover progressive games. If one is interrupted, Miki restores the jackpot value to where it stood before the failure, as far as that is in its control rather than the game provider’s.
Where to start: if chasing a progressive is why you play, look elsewhere. Casino Days carries eight progressive slots and both provincial networks, Maple Moolah and King Millions.
Roulette

You get 26 live roulette tables, 16 from Evolution and 10 from Pragmatic Play Live. Evolution brings Lightning Roulette, XXXtreme Lightning Roulette, Red Door Roulette, Fireball Roulette, Double Ball Roulette, French Roulette and American Roulette. Pragmatic adds Gates of Olympus Roulette, Crystal Roulette, Mega Roulette, Lucky 6 Roulette and several speed and auto wheels.
The RNG wheels are fewer. European Roulette, Platinum Roulette and Platinum Roulette Single Zero come under Evolution’s label, Roulette Noveau and Who Wants To Be a Millionaire? Roulette from Relax’s catalogue, and American Roulette from NetEnt. First Person Lightning Roulette gives you Evolution’s live layout without a dealer.
Pick single-zero wheels where you can. A European or French wheel has 37 pockets and a house edge of 2.70%; American roulette adds a double zero, 38 pockets and an edge of 5.26%.
Where to start: European Roulette for RNG play at your own pace, or French Roulette if you want a dealer. Our Ontario roulette guide compares wheels across the province.
Blackjack and Table Games

Blackjack is the biggest live category, with 73 tables. Pragmatic Play Live runs 37 of them: 21 Blackjack X tables, 13 Azure and numbered tables, two VIP tables and ONE Blackjack. Evolution runs 36, including 13 Classic Bet Stacker tables, four Always 6 tables, Infinite Blackjack, Power Blackjack, Lightning Blackjack, Easy Blackjack and Canada Classic Blackjack 5.
The RNG side is smaller. The Table Games shelf holds 15 games, among them Blackjack Classic, Blackjack Neo, Blackjack+, Caribbean Blackjack, BlackJack X-Change and Platinum Blackjack Side Bets, plus baccarat, roulette and NetEnt’s Casino Hold’em. Evolution’s first-person games, dealer-free versions of its live tables, add First Person Blackjack, First Person Dragon Tiger and First Person Super Sic Bo.
Poker players get seven live tables from Evolution, including Ultimate Texas Hold’em, Three Card Poker, Caribbean Stud Poker, Casino Hold’em and Teen Patti. Relax’s catalogue adds High Card Flush on the RNG side. Video poker is limited to four games: Pragmatic’s Gates of Olympus POP, Hearts of Venus and Eastern Fury, and First Person Video Poker.
Where to start: Blackjack Classic to practise the rules at your own pace, then Canada Classic Blackjack 5 for a live dealer. More in our guide to blackjack in Ontario.
Live Dealer Casino

The live casino has 188 games: 109 from Evolution and 79 from Pragmatic Play Live. Blackjack is the biggest section, with Power Blackjack, ONE Blackjack and a run of Azure tables. Game shows include Crazy Time, Funky Time, MONOPOLY Big Baller, Crazy Pachinko and Sweet Bonanza Candyland, and there are live roulette, baccarat and poker tables too.
| Live category | Tables | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| Blackjack | 73 | Infinite Blackjack, Power Blackjack, ONE Blackjack, Blackjack X |
| Baccarat and Dragon Tiger | 42 | Speed Baccarat, No Commission Baccarat, Lightning Baccarat, Golden Wealth Baccarat |
| Game shows and other live games | 30 | Crazy Time, Funky Time, MONOPOLY Live, Andar Bahar |
| Roulette | 26 | Lightning Roulette, French Roulette, Mega Roulette |
| Sic Bo, craps and dice | 10 | Super Sic Bo, Lightning Dice, Craps, Fan Tan |
| Poker and Teen Patti | 7 | Ultimate Texas Hold’em, Three Card Poker, Teen Patti |
Baccarat is the second-biggest section. Evolution supplies Speed Baccarat A to E, No Commission Baccarat, Lightning and XXXtreme Lightning Baccarat, Golden Wealth, Prosperity Tree, and Always 8 and Always 9 Baccarat. Pragmatic runs its own numbered and speed tables, plus Mega Baccarat, Fortune 6, Super 8, Hi-Lo and Big Small Baccarat.
Where to start: No Commission Baccarat for the plain game, or Speed Baccarat A if you want quicker rounds. See our guides to live dealer games in Ontario and online baccarat.
Game Shows

The Game Shows tab has two shelves: Top Game Shows with 12 titles and All Game Shows with 28. Evolution supplies most of them: Crazy Time, Funky Time, MONOPOLY Live, MONOPOLY Big Baller, MONOPOLY Roll ’em, Crazy Pachinko, Lightning Storm, Ice Fishing, Stock Market, Race Track, Mega Ball and Dead or Alive: Saloon. Pragmatic Play Live adds Sweet Bonanza Candyland, Mega Wheel, Snakes & Ladders Live and Color Game Bonanza.
Several shows are live versions of slots in the same lobby. Sweet Bonanza Candyland sits a few clicks from Sweet Bonanza, Dead or Alive: Saloon from NetEnt’s Dead or Alive slots, and Extra Chilli Epic Spins from Big Time Gaming’s Extra Chilli.
Where to start: Crazy Time if you want the best-known wheel show, or Sweet Bonanza Candyland if you already play the slot.
Software Providers
The lobby is built on a few large catalogues rather than a long list of studios:
| Supplier on the site | Games |
|---|---|
| Pragmatic Play (slots and live) | 587 |
| Evolution (live, plus its slot studios) | 536 |
| Relax Gaming and the studios it distributes (labelled Quickspin) | 318 |
| Oryx Gaming | 89 |
| Slingo | 84 |
| NetEnt | 56 |
| Nolimit City | 1 |
Pragmatic Play is the backbone: the Big Bass series, Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza are all here. Three labels need explaining. Evolution’s 536 games include its slot studios as well as its live tables, so Starburst, Gonzo’s Quest, Twin Spin, Bonanza, Extra Chilli and Dragon’s Luck all carry its name. The tile label Quickspin hides Relax Gaming and the studios it distributes: Money Train 2, 3 and 4, Money Cart, Hellcatraz, Temple Tumble, Iron Bank and Book of 99 are here, but not Quickspin classics such as Big Bad Wolf or Sticky Bandits. Five more games carry Relax’s own name, Money Train 5 among them. Oryx Gaming is a distributor too, behind 89 slots such as Gates of Babylon, Stinkin’ Rich and Triple Spitfire 7s. NetEnt has 56 under its own name, including Dead or Alive 2, Narcos, Jumanji and Divine Fortune Megaways.
Hacksaw and Nolimit City fans will find almost nothing: there is no Hacksaw game and one from Nolimit City.
Where to start: Money Train 3. Miki’s note lists it at 96.1% RTP with a top win of 100,000x your stake.
No demo mode
Every tile has a Play for fun button, but without an account it opens the login box. Behind the login, demo play is switched off on 1,654 of the 1,671 games, so you need a funded account to try a slot. The 17 games without the block include Wolf Gold, Aztec Luck and Sweet Bonanza Xmas.
Same Platform as Casino Time
Miki is not the only casino in Ontario built on Gaming Innovation Group’s platform. Casino Time, run by Casino Time Inc., uses the same software. Behind that, they are separate casinos with different operators, registrations, catalogues and account rules, and the numbers show how far apart they are.
| Miki | Casino Time | |
|---|---|---|
| Operator | VL Canada Limited | Casino Time Inc. |
| AGCO registration | OPIG1300315 | OPIG1240874 |
| Games counted | 1,671 | 4,148 |
| Slots | 1,451 | 3,303 |
| Live games | 188 | About 600 |
| Suppliers | 7 | 37 studios |
| Megaways | 123 | 158 |
| Slingo | 65 | 69 |
| Published withdrawal time | Processed within 48 business hours | Most Interac payouts in under 30 seconds |
| Inactive-account fee | $10 a month after 12 months | $5 a month after 12 months |
| Native app | None | None |
| Phone support | None | None |
The comparison is not kind to Miki. On the same software, Casino Time carries more than twice the games, about three times the live tables and five times as many suppliers, and charges half the inactivity fee. Miki’s case is focus: if you mostly play Pragmatic Play slots and the main Evolution and Pragmatic live tables, the smaller lobby covers them and is quicker to browse.
Miki on Mobile
There is no Miki app on the App Store or Google Play in Canada. You play in the mobile browser, which must share your location for the site to open. Ontario casino apps compared lists the operators with native apps.
Almost the whole lobby works on a phone: 1,652 of the 1,671 games are tagged for phones and tablets as well as desktop. The 19 exceptions are desktop-only: 18 Oryx Gaming slots, among them Gates of Babylon, Ramses Book, Sticky Diamonds and 40 Finest XXL, and one Evolution baccarat table.
If you want a native app with an Interac cashier, Casino Days has one on iOS, rated 4.6 from 1,873 ratings.
Location settings on your phone
Miki’s help centre gives the exact path for each device. On an iPhone, open Settings, tap Privacy & Security, then Location Services, switch it on, and set your browser to While Using the App or Ask Next Time. In Chrome on an iPhone or Android phone, go to Settings, then Site settings, then Location, and let sites ask for your location. On Android, also turn on Location in the phone’s own Settings app.
If the site still will not open, check those permissions first, then contact support, which handles location problems 24/7 by chat or email. A VPN or proxy is not a fix: the terms list hiding or changing your location as a prohibited practice, and you must be physically in Ontario every time you play.
How to Sign Up at Miki Ontario
- Open on.miki.com from Ontario, the address on the iGaming Ontario register, and allow location access in your browser.
- Click Sign up at the top left and enter your legal name, date of birth and address exactly as they appear on your ID. Miki allows one account per person.
- Confirm you are 19 or older and set a deposit or loss limit on the sign-up form.
- Verify your identity. The electronic check usually takes a few minutes; if it cannot match you, you upload ID and take a liveness check with your camera.
- Turn on 2-step verification in your Profile, then deposit with Interac, the only deposit method.
You cannot deposit or play until Miki has confirmed you are over 19. Extra checks can take up to 24 hours, and the team contacts you if it needs more documents.
Documents Miki can ask for
| Document | What counts |
|---|---|
| Proof of ID | ID card, passport or driving licence, front and back |
| Liveness check | A live camera check if electronic verification fails |
| Proof of address | A recent utility bill |
| Proof of payment | A bank statement |
| Source of funds | A questionnaire, with documents such as bank statements if asked |
| File rules | PNG, PDF, JPG, JPEG, BMP or GIF, up to 15 MB each |
The terms let Miki ask for more at any time: certified or notarized copies, a photo of you holding your ID, and checks on source of funds and affordability. Redacted copies may be refused. Until the checks are done, Miki can block deposits, bets and withdrawals, so send documents when you register rather than when you want to cash out.
Log-in and session rules
Your password is the first lock and 2-step verification the second: once it is on, every login asks for a 4-digit code sent by SMS. If you lose the phone or change number, contact support. After several failed logins the account is blocked, and Forgot password? under the Login button sends reset instructions to your registered email.
Miki allows one session at a time. Logging in from a second browser tab or device closes the first session immediately, and any session ends after 30 minutes with no transactions or navigation. The terms also ban bots and automated play, and artificial intelligence software that gives you an edge over other players; Miki can close the account and cancel winnings for either.
Keep your details current by emailing support@on.miki.com. Privacy questions go to privacyofficer@on.miki.com.

Miki Payments

The cashier is built around one method. Miki’s help centre says Interac is currently the only deposit method, and Interac is the only payment logo in the site footer. Minimums and maximums per transaction appear in the Deposit and Withdraw sections of the cashier and can differ by method. The terms and help pages set these rules:
| Rule | Miki Ontario |
|---|---|
| Deposit methods | Interac only |
| Deposit fees | None charged by Miki; your bank may charge |
| Withdrawal fees | None charged by Miki |
| Withdrawal processing | Within 48 business hours (Miki’s target) |
| Minimum withdrawal | Set per payment method |
| Before withdrawing | Wager each deposit at least once, or a processing fee may apply |
| Currency | Canadian dollars |
Play through what you deposit before cashing out; otherwise Miki can charge a fee no higher than its own processing cost. More on Ontario casinos that take Interac and the Ontario casinos with instant withdrawals.
Interac
Deposits are credited instantly. If yours has not appeared after five minutes, reload the page or log out and back in, then contact support. If a deposit fails but your bank still takes the money, it never reached Miki and goes back to your account within 5 to 7 banking days; after that, send support a bank statement showing the transaction. A deposit that has gone through cannot be refunded, only withdrawn under the normal rules.
The account you pay from must be a personal one in your name, not a business account, and the name must match your Miki account. Each payment method can be linked to one Miki account only. Chargebacks are banned: reversing a deposit through your bank can lead to a closed account and legal action to recover the money. A Quick Deposit button on the left of the site lets you top up without opening the full cashier.
How withdrawals work
Miki aims to process every withdrawal within 48 business hours, and support will trace any that take longer. Before a request goes through, three things must be true: every payment into the account has cleared without a chargeback or reversal, Miki’s verification checks are complete, and there is no open investigation into an error, malfunction or prohibited practice on your account.
The 48 hours cover Miki’s processing; the terms make withdrawals subject to the banking clearance period as well. That puts Miki behind the fastest sites in the province. On the same platform, Casino Time pays most Interac withdrawals in under 30 seconds.
When Miki can hold your money
The terms list the cases in which a balance can be held or reduced. Funds stay frozen while an account is suspended and investigated. Money that appears to come from someone else can be retained, along with any winnings from it. Winnings credited by a malfunction are void, even if the game could have produced them normally. If an account is suspended for a breach of the terms and the balance is higher than what you deposited, Miki may return only your deposits.
When Miki pays out after closing an account, it sends the money back to the method you deposited with wherever possible.
Miki Customer Support
Support is available 24/7 by live chat and email at support@on.miki.com. There is no phone line. The footer’s Help Center Portal opens Miki’s FAQ and Help page: 48 answers in six sections, from account and verification questions to deposits, withdrawals, safety and a step-by-step guide to location settings for Windows, Mac, iPhone and Android.
The help pages are worth reading before you contact anyone, because they hold details the terms leave out: the 48-hour withdrawal target, the 5-to-7-day return of a failed deposit, the liveness check and the 4-digit SMS code. One rule to know: replying to an automated email, such as a deposit confirmation, does not count as contacting Miki.
How to complain
Start with live chat or email. If the answer does not settle it, formal complaints go by email from your registered address to resolution@on.miki.com, where senior staff review them. Include your name, username, a description, the date and time, the amount involved, screenshots and any error message. Miki commits to acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours. If it is still unresolved after 90 days, you can take it to iGaming Ontario through its player support page. Only iGO can make the final decision on an escalated complaint, and Miki may share your correspondence and account details with it.
Inactive accounts
After 12 months without logging in, an account can be classed as inactive. Miki emails you at least 30 days before charging an inactive-account fee, which is deducted until the balance reaches zero or you play again. The fee is $10 a month, so withdraw your balance if you plan to stop. An inactive account that has sat at a zero balance for six months in a row can be closed, and reactivating it may mean sending ID again.
Closing your account
You can close the account at any time by emailing support@on.miki.com, and a closure page sits in the account menu. Withdraw your balance first: the closure form will not complete while money is still in the account. If you want to stop because of how you gamble, use self-exclusion instead; support can set it up with you.
A closed account can be reopened through support, unless a time-out or self-exclusion is still running. If Miki closed the account itself, it cannot be reopened.
Is Miki Safe?
Yes. VL Canada Limited is registered with the AGCO under OPIG1300315 and operates under an agreement with iGaming Ontario. Sessions end after 30 minutes without activity, and logging in on a second device closes the first session. Its games come from regulated studios such as Pragmatic Play and Evolution.
Your deposits are held in trust in a designated client account, kept apart from Miki’s company funds and protected from set-off if the company becomes insolvent; the terms add that this is not a guarantee every dollar would be repaid. Money sent through a payment provider can take a few days to reach that account, and until it does it sits with the provider. Payments travel under TLS encryption, and every game and random number generator is approved by the regulator or certified by a testing lab registered with the AGCO.
If a game freezes or pays in error
Interruptions are settled in your favour where possible. If a single-stage game such as a slot spin drops before it produces a result, your stake comes back. Multi-stage games are restored to their last state so you can finish them. Where a game cannot be restored, Miki pays the winnings built up to that point or refunds the bets, whichever is better for you.
Malfunctions and errors cut the other way. Winnings credited because of a software fault are void, and a wrongly settled bet can be re-settled at the correct terms. If you spot either, the terms ask you to stop playing that game and tell support straight away.
Rules that can cost you winnings
The terms list the practices that can end an account. Opening a second account, depositing someone else’s money, paying with a card or bank account that is not yours, charging back a deposit, playing through a VPN or proxy, and using bots or AI tools are all prohibited. Any one can mean a suspended account, voided bets and withheld winnings. Officers and staff of Miki and its suppliers, AGCO staff, and anyone excluded under the Gaming Control Act cannot play at all.

How limit changes work
You can set a deposit or loss limit while you register, and every other tool later from Profile, then Responsible gaming. Limits run on calendar periods, not rolling ones, and daily, weekly and monthly versions can all be active at once, with the strictest applying first. Miki’s own example: with a $10 weekly and a $20 monthly deposit limit, you stop at $10 in the week even though the month has room.
The session limit works differently from the others: when your daily time runs out, Miki logs you out and locks the account until the next calendar day. A time-out closes the account for the period you choose, stops marketing, and reopens the account automatically at the end. The terms add a 48-hour time-out to the 24-hour, 7, 30, 60 and 90-day options on the responsible gaming page.
Self-exclusion and BetGuard
Self-exclusion at Miki is final: once confirmed, you cannot log in until the period ends, and support cannot lift it early. Miki aims to take you off its marketing lists within 48 hours and emails a confirmation; any balance is paid out when you ask. The account reopens on its own when the period expires. Miki can also impose a self-exclusion if it reasonably suspects gambling is harming you.
It covers your Miki account only. To block every regulated site in Ontario, register with BetGuard, iGaming Ontario’s central self-exclusion tool: it is open to anyone 19 or older and needs no casino account. The two schemes run separately, so joining one does not change the other, and their end dates can differ.

The lobby and help-page images in this review are captures of the Ontario site. We checked the App Store and Google Play in Canada for an app, and the iGaming Ontario register for the operator. Miki Ontario earns 3.2 out of 5. It is a tidy new casino with a solid Pragmatic Play slot collection, 188 Evolution and Pragmatic live games, a complete set of limits, 24/7 support and no withdrawal fees.
It is still thin in places: almost no demo play, little from Hacksaw or Nolimit City, no app, and a $10 monthly fee on inactive accounts. Deposits are Interac only, and withdrawals are processed within 48 business hours, slower than the fastest Ontario sites.
Choose Miki if Pragmatic slots and live tables are what you play. If you want more studios or to try games for free first, compare the alternatives in our ranking.
