The largest groups are 33 numbered Classic tables, 30 Spanish-language tables and 16 Bet Stacker tables. 71 tables top out at $5,000, most from a $5 or $10 minimum. Live roulette

There are 25 roulette tables, 21 from Evolution and four from Ezugi. Lightning Roulette ($1 to $10,000) adds random multipliers, four auto and instant wheels start at $0.10, and Immersive Roulette runs $0.40 to $40,000. Only one table is American Roulette ($1 to $5,000); Horseshoe’s own house-advantage table puts a double-zero wheel at 5.3%, against 2.7% on single zero.

The Ontario terms ban even-money bets on opposite sides and wagers covering 70% or more of the outcomes. Horseshoe can block the account, report the play to the Ontario Registrar and keep the funds involved.

There are 28 game shows and studio games, all from Evolution except Ezugi’s Lucky 7. Crazy Time ($1 to $5,000) has two tables, and Monopoly comes three ways, with Monopoly Big Baller from $0.01. Dream Catcher runs $0.20 to $20,000; others include Funky Time, Ice Fishing and Gonzo’s Treasure Hunt. Nine poker tables play against the house, eight of them Evolution’s, including Casino Hold’em ($1 to $8,000), Ultimate Texas Hold’em ($1 to $2,000) and Three Card Poker. Five dice tables follow: Craps ($1 to $20,000), Lightning Dice and three sic bo tables. Fan Tan, War and Super Andar Bahar round out the tables. Horseshoe’s table puts craps pass and don’t pass at 1.4%, against 10% to 16.7% on proposition bets.

High-limit tables

Platinum Private Blackjack 10, 11 and 12 start at $200 a hand, and VIP Always 6 Blackjack at $50, up to $7,000. Ezugi lists $200,000 on Power Play Roulette. Limits like that sit far above the $10,000 combined daily cap on deposits and withdrawals, so you cannot deposit for a top-limit bet, or withdraw a win that size, in one day.

The Horseshoe App

Horseshoe Online Casino has apps on the Canadian App Store, rated 4.2 from 109 reviews, and on Google Play, rated 4.1. The iPhone app needs iOS 17.0 or later, and its App Store seller is Computerized Bookmaking Systems, Inc., as on the Caesars app, rather than American Wagering. The minimum deposit is $5 and the minimum withdrawal $1, among the lowest in Ontario. Debit-card withdrawals are the quick route: once approved, many post within an hour. If you deposit by credit card, your bank may treat it as a cash advance and charge a fee. The terms also cap deposits and withdrawals combined at $10,000 a day. How cash-outs work

Interac withdrawals arrive by Interac Autodeposit, so set it up in your online banking after your first Interac deposit. The $25,000 Interac ceiling is per transaction, but the $10,000 daily cap is the limit you reach first.

The Ontario terms allow up to 72 hours of internal processing, plus any security review. Horseshoe may ask for documents before approving a withdrawal and can return the money to the method you funded with. After a card deposit, it may refuse withdrawals for 14 days. Payments are in Canadian dollars, from accounts in your own name, and your Deposit page lists only the methods active for Ontario.

Before your first deposit

Ask your bank first: not every issuer approves gaming transactions on debit or credit cards. Interac e-Transfer deposits must come from a verified Canadian bank account. Debit-card withdrawals go to a Visa or Mastercard debit account linked to your bank. Discover is not accepted. If you deposit while outside Ontario and cannot play, contact support to get the money back. And do not count on a cash deposit at Windsor: the payments page lists it among the locations that cannot take retail deposits.

How complaints work

Start with chat, phone or the web form; a first reply can take up to 72 hours. If that fails, escalate to the Customer Support Manager through the web form with your name, contact details and what happened. The final response reaches your registered email within ten working days, and if you are still not satisfied, you can take the matter to iGaming Ontario. The terms also include binding arbitration; you can opt out within 30 days of first accepting them by emailing arbitrationoptout@caesars.com.

No inactivity fee

An account becomes inactive only after three years without activity. The Ontario terms set no monthly inactivity charge; Caesars will try to contact you about any balance left in a dormant account.

Account rules to know

You may hold only one account, in the same name as the cards and bank accounts you use. Is Horseshoe Safe?

Yes. American Wagering, Inc. operates it under contract with iGaming Ontario and AGCO oversight, and checks your location by IP address and Wi-Fi signal before you play. On a phone the check uses cell towers and Wi-Fi, so keep Wi-Fi on: if your location cannot be confirmed, you cannot play.
