Is Wheel of Fortune Casino Legal in Ontario?
Yes. Wheel of Fortune Casino is on the iGaming Ontario register of regulated sites, and the register links to casino.on.wheeloffortunecasino.com, which forwards to www.on.wheeloffortunecasino.com. The “on.” in the address is the part to look for.
The casino is not run by the TV show or by a stand-alone company. Its terms of service, last updated on 23 September 2026, name the operator as BetMGM Canada Inc., “located at PO Box 1010, First Canadian Place RPO, Toronto”, which runs Wheel of Fortune Casino under BetMGM’s registration with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. In other words, this is a second casino brand from the operator behind BetMGM.

On a registered site your account, your money and any dispute sit under the AGCO and iGaming Ontario. That protection belongs to the “on.” address — and, as the next section shows, the name has spread well beyond it.
Wheel of Fortune Lookalike Sites
Search for Wheel of Fortune Casino from Ontario and the official site shares the results page with several domains that use the name and are not on the iGaming Ontario register. In October 2026 we found four of them on the first page of Canadian results:
- wheeloffortunecasino.net
- wheelfortune.ca
- wheeloffortune-casino.com
- wheelfortunecasinoca.com
Some present themselves as the casino, with “registration” and “about us” pages; none is the regulated operator. There is also a Wheel of Fortune game app from Scopely on both app stores, based on the TV show; it is not a casino. The rule is simple: in Ontario, the only Wheel of Fortune Casino under AGCO rules is the one at on.wheeloffortunecasino.com, or the app published by BetMGM.

Who Runs Wheel of Fortune Casino: BetMGM and Entain
BetMGM is a joint venture whose terms describe it as “an indirect, partially-owned subsidiary joint venture of MGM Resorts International”, with Entain as the technology partner. The Wheel of Fortune name is licensed; IGT, which makes the Wheel of Fortune slot machines found in land-based casinos, supplies many of the branded games.
Sharing an operator with BetMGM has practical consequences you should know before you sign up:
- One exclusion. The terms say a self-exclusion applies to “Wheel of Fortune Casino and BetMGM accounts You may have in Ontario”. A break taken at one is a break at both.
- One jackpot network. Wheel of Fortune Casino carries The Big One, the progressive network that also runs at BetMGM.
- One help centre template. The help pages are built from Entain’s shared library, which explains some of the leftovers described in the safety section.
Wheel of Fortune Casino launched in Ontario in 2024: its Ontario iPhone app arrived on the Canadian App Store on 6 August 2024.
Wheel of Fortune Casino Ontario Games
How many games?
The operator does not publish a precise count, and the figures in circulation disagree by a factor of four:
| Source | Game count |
|---|---|
| The operator, on the App Store and Google Play | “Over 1,000 casino games” |
| The operator, same description | “35+ jackpot slots” |
| OntarioBets | “1,600+” and “2,000+” in the same review |
| casino.ca | “4,700+”, including “150+ exclusives” |
The lobby is only shown to visitors on a residential Ontario connection, so none of these can be checked from outside. We rely on the operator’s own “over 1,000”, which is the only figure the casino stands behind. Treat larger numbers as estimates.
The Wheel of Fortune Casino Ontario app in BetMGM’s own App Store screenshots, as listed on 15 October 2026: the Wheel of Fortune Megaways tile, exclusive slots and a jackpot game.
Wheel of Fortune slots and exclusives
The reason to play here rather than at its sister is the branded catalogue. The operator names Wheel of Fortune Triple Extreme Spin, Wheel of Fortune Megaways and Wheel of Fortune Triple Gold Gold Spin, alongside slots it markets as exclusive — Bison Fury, Loot’en Khamun and Melon Madness among them. Mainstream titles such as Cleopatra, Sweet Bonanza and Gold Blitz Extreme are also listed, and there is a Slingo section with Slingo Da Vinci Diamonds and Lucky Larry’s Lobstermania Slingo.
Jackpots
The headline network is The Big One: a wheel-triggered progressive with five tiers, from Blitz Cash (seeded at C$40) to Colossal Cash, which starts at C$320,000, according to the game rules in the help centre. Each jackpot is funded by a percentage of every stake on the participating games, split between a current pool and a reserve pool. The operator also advertises individual jackpot slots that “can reach up to $2M”. Jackpot side contributions raise the cost of each spin, so read a game’s rules before you play. Our guide to online slots in Ontario compares the province’s jackpot networks.
Table games, video poker and live dealer
Blackjack, roulette, baccarat and video poker are all present; the video poker range includes IGT titles such as Five Play Draw Poker, and the help centre carries rules for keno, scratch games and instant wins. Live dealer games include blackjack, roulette and baccarat. The single-zero rule still applies: choose European or French roulette where you can — see our guides to online roulette in Ontario and online blackjack in Ontario. RTP is shown in each game’s rules; there is no published RTP table.

The Wheel of Fortune Casino App
The apps are the main way in, and both are published by BetMGM:

| Requirements | iOS 18 or later, 127.7 MB | Current Android with location services |
| On the store since | 6 August 2024 | — |
Wheel of Fortune Casino – ON on the Canadian App Store, number 128 in the Casino chart on 15 October 2026.
Two warnings. The iPhone app needs iOS 18, so phones that cannot update are left with the mobile site; the help centre’s claim that “any iPhone or iPad running iOS 9 and above” is compatible is out of date. And on Android, install the BetMGM listing from Google Play rather than following the help centre’s old instructions to change your phone’s security settings for a sideloaded app. Compare it with the rest of the province in our Ontario casino apps compared.
How to Sign Up and Log In at Wheel of Fortune Casino Ontario
- Go to on.wheeloffortunecasino.com or install the BetMGM-published app. Not one of the lookalike domains.
- Register with details that match your ID. You must be 19 or older. You do not need to be an Ontario resident, but you must be physically in Ontario to register and play.
- Pass identity checks. The casino verifies identity, age and address under Ontario know-your-customer rules; upload documents if asked.
- Allow location. Geolocation runs every session. If your internet provider’s IP address places you in a neighbouring province, the help centre suggests resetting your modem or router, or asking your provider to correct it.
- Set your limits. Deposit, loss and time limits are in the Responsible Gaming menu under the player icon.
One BetMGM login does not carry over: Wheel of Fortune Casino is a separate account, even though exclusions are shared.
Wheel of Fortune Casino Payments in Ontario
Deposit methods
The help centre documents Visa and Mastercard (debit, credit and prepaid), Interac e-Transfer, PayPal, Apple Pay (in Safari on iPhone), Online Banking and bank wire. Deposits are credited instantly for cards, PayPal and Interac, and the casino charges no fees of its own. Cards from outside Canada and foreign currencies are not accepted.
Withdrawals: a 3–5 day review first
The withdrawal timetable in the Wheel of Fortune Casino Ontario help centre.
This is the most important number in this review, and the one most reviews leave out. The help centre states: “All withdrawals have an internal review period of up to 3-5 days.” Only after that review do the payment times apply:
| Method | Time after the internal review |
|---|---|
| Visa debit or prepaid (Visa Fast Funds) | Within 24 hours |
| Visa credit | 1–3 business days |
| Interac | Within 24 hours |
| PayPal | Within 24 hours |
| MuchBetter | Within 24 hours |
| Apple Pay | 1–3 business days |
| Online Banking | 2–4 business days |
So a “24-hour” Interac or PayPal withdrawal can take most of a week in total. The minimum for Online Banking is $10 and the maximum $50,000; other minimums are shown in the cashier. A closed-loop rule applies: if you deposited by more than one method, winnings are returned to each method up to the amount deposited with it before the rest goes where you choose. The help centre is inconsistent on cancelling a withdrawal: one FAQ says it is possible only “in exceptional cases”, through support, while the withdrawal pages say a request that is still pending can be cancelled in full or in part from the cashier and credited back to your balance. If you find a reversible withdrawal tempting, keep that in mind.

Wheel of Fortune Casino Customer Support
| Channel | Details |
|---|---|
| Live chat | In the mobile portal and app |
| Through the Contact Us page of the help centre | |
| Telephone | +1-732-268-1902, listed in the terms of service |
| Complaints | In writing to customer care, then iGaming Ontario |
The only phone number we found is in the responsible gaming section of the terms, and it carries a New Jersey area code (732), the same region as BetMGM’s US offices. It is not toll-free from Canada, and BetMGM publishes no Ontario phone line at all. Expect chat to be the practical channel.
Complaints go to customer care in writing first (section 28 of the terms); unresolved disputes can then be taken to iGaming Ontario at igaming@igamingontario.ca or 1-833-554-4263. The terms do not name an independent adjudicator in between.
Is Wheel of Fortune Casino Safe?
The regulated basics
Yes. The operator is BetMGM Canada, one of the largest registrants in Ontario, the platform is Entain’s, and games come from established suppliers such as IGT. Identity is verified at registration, geolocation runs every session, and an account is deemed dormant only after four years without activity — a longer grace period than most Ontario casinos.
Where the paperwork falls short
The weaknesses are in the help centre, which reuses text written for BetMGM’s US sites and Entain’s European ones:
- It still says the iPhone app works on iOS 9 and above; the App Store requires iOS 18.
- Its Android instructions describe sideloading an app, although the app is on Google Play.
- The deposit FAQ refers to “your state’s regulations”, and the bank wire page includes a section “specific to BETMGM US labels”.
- The card page explains credit card rules for the UK and Ireland.
- The only phone number is a New Jersey line, and marketing opt-outs go to an address in Jersey City.
None of this affects the safety of your funds. It does mean you should check the cashier and the terms, rather than the help articles, for anything that matters.

Wheel of Fortune Casino vs Other Ontario Casinos
Who it suits
Wheel of Fortune Casino suits players who want the branded IGT games, exclusive slots and The Big One jackpots in a polished app, and who pay by Interac, PayPal or debit card. It suits players less well if they want quick withdrawals, a toll-free phone line, a counted catalogue, or an iPhone that cannot run iOS 18.
How it compares
| Wheel of Fortune Casino | BetMGM | Caesars Palace Online | Jackpot City | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Our score | 3.7 | 4.4 | 4.1 | 4.3 |
| Operator | BetMGM Canada | BetMGM | Caesars | Cadtree |
| Games | “Over 1,000” (operator) | 2,000+ | 4,096 | 400+ |
| Minimum deposit | $10 | C$10 | C$5 | $10 |
| PayPal | Yes | — | — | No |
Its own sister, BetMGM, is the stronger casino: a larger catalogue, a bigger live floor, the same jackpot network and the same owner. Choose Wheel of Fortune Casino over it only for the branded games and the exclusives. Caesars Palace Online is the other American brand built around a famous name, with a larger counted lobby. Five Things to Check Before Your First Deposit
- The address. on.wheeloffortunecasino.com, or the app published by BetMGM — not .net, wheelfortune.ca or any other lookalike.
- Your withdrawal timeline. Allow up to 3–5 days of review before the payment method’s own time starts.
- One deposit method. The closed-loop rule splits withdrawals across every method you used, so sticking to one keeps payouts simple.
- Your iPhone. The app needs iOS 18.
- Your BetMGM account. An exclusion at either casino applies to both.
How We Reviewed Wheel of Fortune Casino Ontario
Everything on this page was read from the operator, the regulator or the app stores in October 2026. We checked the iGaming Ontario register, read the full terms of service (updated 23 September 2026) and 250 pages of the Ontario help centre, and checked the Canadian App Store and Google Play listings. The casino lobby itself loads only for residential Ontario connections, so the lobby image is from the screenshots BetMGM publishes on the App Store, and we have quoted the operator’s game count rather than inventing one. We identified the lookalike domains from Canadian search results and confirmed that none is on the register.

Wheel of Fortune Casino Ontario earns 3.7 out of 5. It is a polished, app-first casino from BetMGM, with the Wheel of Fortune slot range, exclusive titles, The Big One jackpots, PayPal and Interac, and well-rated apps on both phones.
What holds it back is the cashier and the paperwork. Every withdrawal sits in an internal review for up to 3–5 days before the payment method’s own time even begins; the only phone number is a New Jersey line; and the help centre still carries US and European text. Its sister BetMGM offers more of everything on the same terms.
Choose Wheel of Fortune Casino if the branded games are what you want. Use on.wheeloffortunecasino.com or the BetMGM-published app, deposit with one method, and plan withdrawals a week ahead.
