Three Ontario casinos accept Skrill. Not thirty, not ten — three, out of the 32 sites registered with iGaming Ontario. At two of them Skrill is one of only three ways to be paid. At the third it takes deposits and never sends money back.
This page is built from what each operator publishes about itself: banking FAQs, terms of use, help centres and site footers, read across all 32 registered companies. Where a site publishes nothing, it says so. All three casinos are below.

Every Ontario Casino That Takes Skrill
This is not a shortlist. It is the complete list of regulated Ontario operators that support Skrill, and it has three entries out of thirty-two.
| Casino | Skrill deposit | Skrill withdrawal | Minimum withdrawal |
|---|---|---|---|
| Luxury Casino | Yes | Yes | $50 |
| Zodiac Casino | Yes | Yes | $50 |
| SpinAway | Yes | No | $20, by another method |
Three brands, but not three companies. Luxury Casino and Zodiac Casino are both Casino Rewards brands, running the same cashier, the same withdrawal rules and the same $50 floor. Counted by the company you are actually dealing with, Skrill exists at two operators in this province.
The twenty-nine operators absent from that table publish no Skrill support anywhere. That includes every large sportsbook brand in the province — bet365, BetMGM, DraftKings, BetRivers, PointsBet and Caesars — and also, oddly, most of Casino Rewards itself.
Skrill Site by Site
Three operators is a small enough number to take one at a time, and the third behaves nothing like the first two.
Luxury Casino: Skrill is free, with a $50 floor
Luxury Casino names three ways to be paid — direct credit to a Visa card, Canadian EFT/eCheque, and Skrill — with a bank wire available as a fourth at a $300 minimum and a $50 fee. The first three carry no charge. The minimum withdrawal is $50 against a $10 minimum deposit, so a small win sits in the account until it grows.
Two other rules matter more here than the payment method. A first withdrawal through a new method attracts extra checks the FAQ says can take five to seven working days, and every payout is held pending for 48 hours in a window the operator explicitly lets you reverse. Accounts also go dormant after 60 days without a wager, a deposit or a withdrawal, which is a short fuse by provincial standards.
Zodiac Casino: the same cashier, plus a $50 wire fee
Zodiac Casino publishes the same three payout routes as its sister brand — Visa card credit, Canadian EFT/eCheque and Skrill — with the same $50 minimum on them and $300 by direct bank transfer or wire. The wire itself costs $50, rising to $100 above $3,000, which makes Skrill the cheapest way out for anyone whose Visa deposit cannot be credited back.
The minimum deposit is $10 for every deposit after the first. The terms are explicit that the payment method must be in the name of the registered account holder, which is the most common reason a first payout is refused here — a Skrill wallet opened in a partner’s name will stop the withdrawal, not the deposit.
SpinAway: Skrill goes in, Interac comes out
SpinAway lists Skrill among six deposit methods, alongside Visa, Mastercard, Interac, bank transfer and MuchBetter. On the withdraw side the routes narrow to two — Interac and bank transfer — so a Skrill deposit here always leaves by a different door. The minimum withdrawal is $20 and no minimum deposit is published for any method.
The cashier is unusually clear about what is yours: it splits withdrawable balance from locked funds on the same screen and states the limits for the transaction beside them. There is a C$5 monthly charge after a year without logging in, so a balance left here has a clock on it.
At Casino Rewards, Interac Goes In and Skrill Comes Out
This is the part worth understanding, because it inverts how the rest of this province works.
At Luxury Casino and Zodiac Casino, Interac is a deposit method only. It funds the account and it cannot pay you back. That leaves three routes out — a Visa direct credit, a Canadian EFT or eCheque, and Skrill — of which Skrill is the only wallet and the only one that reaches you outside the banking system.
Everywhere else in Ontario, Skrill is a convenience you can ignore. At these two it is a third of the exit. Twenty-one of the province’s operators pay withdrawals back through Interac; neither of these does, which is why the wallet earns a place in a cashier that otherwise looks dated.
Two further conditions apply to both, because they are set at group level. Payouts are held pending for 48 hours, and the operator publishes instructions for reversing them during that window so you can carry on playing with the money — presented as a convenience, and the single most effective way ever devised to stop a payout leaving. And a player winning substantially more than they have deposited may be limited to $4,000 per week, a ceiling the terms state applies across all Casino Rewards partner casinos. Opening an account at a sister brand does not reset it.
Five Casino Rewards Brands Publish No Skrill at All
Casino Rewards runs seven brands in Ontario: Luxury Casino, Zodiac Casino, Yukon Gold, Grand Mondial, Captain Cooks, Casino Classic and Golden Tiger. Two of them name Skrill. The other five do not.
That is not five refusals. Yukon Gold publishes five methods and Skrill is not among them; Grand Mondial publishes three. The remaining three publish almost nothing — Captain Cooks has no working cashier page at all, and Casino Classic’s only trace of a payment method is a Mastercard logo in the footer.
The useful conclusion is a narrow one: on a shared platform, the method list you can read is the one the individual brand chose to publish, not the one the software supports. If Skrill matters to you, use a brand that names it, because a sister site that stays silent gives you nothing to hold it to.
Funding a Skrill Wallet in Canada Runs Through Interac
Skrill’s own Canadian route into the wallet is Interac. The company introduced Interac deposits for Canadian customers free of charge until 31 July 2024, and states that after that date “a standard fee of up to 2.5% of the transaction amount will be applicable”. Canadian users can also withdraw from the wallet back out by Interac e-Transfer.
Follow that through and a Skrill deposit at an Ontario casino is an Interac transfer with a wallet in the middle. The money moves bank to Skrill by Interac, possibly at up to 2.5%, then Skrill to casino. A direct Interac e-Transfer to one of the twenty-six operators that accept it skips both the fee and the extra account.
Which is the argument for and against this wallet in one sentence. At the two Casino Rewards brands the detour is worth it, because Interac cannot bring your winnings home from there. Anywhere else in the province it is a longer route to the same place.
Skrill, Neteller and paysafecard Are One Company
Skrill is operated by Paysafe Payment Solutions Limited and regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. The same group owns paysafecard and Neteller, and the three have completely different fates in this province.
| Paysafe product | Ontario operators | Pays withdrawals |
|---|---|---|
| paysafecard | 10 | None — prepaid vouchers are deposit-only |
| Skrill | 3 | 2 |
| Neteller | 0 | — |
Neteller, which for years was the default gambling wallet, is published by no Ontario operator at all. If you arrived here from a Neteller casino list, that is the finding: there is no regulated Ontario site to use it at.
How to Deposit With Skrill at an Ontario Casino
- Open and fund the Skrill wallet first. It sits between your bank and the casino, so the money has to be in it before the cashier can take it. In Canada the route in is Interac, and Skrill may charge up to 2.5% on that transfer.
- Register at Luxury Casino, Zodiac Casino or SpinAway and complete identity verification before you play, not before you cash out.
- Make sure the wallet is in your own name and holds Canadian dollars. Both Casino Rewards brands require the payment method to match the registered account holder, and a mismatch stops the payout rather than the deposit.
- Choose Skrill in the cashier. The minimum deposit is $10 at Luxury Casino and $10 after the first deposit at Zodiac Casino; SpinAway publishes none.
- Decide your exit route before you deposit. At SpinAway the money will not come back through Skrill, and at both Casino Rewards brands a first withdrawal on a new method can add five to seven working days of checks.
Fund the wallet from a bank balance rather than a credit card where you can. A card-funded wallet top-up can still be treated as a cash advance by the issuer, which is the trap our Visa guide covers one layer further back.
How Long a Skrill Withdrawal Takes
Neither operator that pays through Skrill publishes a timetable for it. What they publish instead are the conditions attached to every payout, and those are what actually determine when the money arrives.
| Condition | Luxury Casino | Zodiac Casino |
|---|---|---|
| Pending period before processing | 48 hours, reversible | 48 hours, reversible |
| First payout on a new method | Five to seven working days of checks | Verification documents may be requested |
| Minimum withdrawal | $50 | $50 |
| Weekly ceiling for large winners | $4,000 across the group | $4,000 across the group |
A 48-hour pending window is the floor, not the estimate. Add the wallet’s own processing on top, and add the first-time checks if this is your first Skrill payout at the site. None of the three is fast by provincial standards — the operators with the quickest published commitments take no Skrill at all, and the detail is in our guide to the fastest withdrawals in Ontario.
The Pages Ranking for Skrill in Ontario Promise Ten Sites
Search for an Ontario Skrill casino and the top result is titled “Ontario Skrill Casinos 2026 — 10+ Sites Accepting Skrill”. A tenth-placed page promises “10+ Best Casinos With Skrill” for Canada. The regulated Ontario number is three, and two of them are the same company.
Those pages are not lying about Canada. They are counting the unregulated national market, where Skrill has been a standard gambling wallet for twenty years and genuinely does appear at dozens of sites. The distinction they skip is the one that matters here: a site outside the iGaming Ontario register is not bound by the province’s standards, and a payment dispute there has nowhere to go.
This is the recurring problem with researching payments in Ontario. Operators run separate licensed sites from their .com counterparts, with different cashiers and different method lists. A Skrill page written for “Canada” describes a wallet screen you cannot open from here.
What to Use If Your Casino Has No Skrill
For twenty-nine of the thirty-two registered operators, this is the section that applies. The direct replacement is Interac e-Transfer: twenty-six sites take it, twenty-one pay back through it, and it settles straight to a Canadian bank account with no third party holding a balance in the middle.
If what you want is specifically the wallet layer — a buffer between the casino and your bank — the Ontario options are all small. MuchBetter is the largest at seven operators, Payz appears at two, PayPal at five, and Jeton and AstroPay at one each. No wallet in this province reaches a quarter of the market.
If what you want is a card, Visa and Mastercard are at twenty-four and twenty-five sites, with the caveat that many take the deposit and pay you out somewhere else. The full comparison is on the Ontario payment methods hub.
Is Skrill Safe at an Ontario Casino?
The casino never sees your bank details, which is the strongest argument for any wallet. The operator sees a Skrill account, and your card or account number stays one layer back.
All three operators here are registered with iGaming Ontario and licensed by the AGCO. That registration, not the payment method, is what makes a dispute resolvable and paying players a condition of staying in business.
The structural caution is that a wallet adds a party to the transaction, and this one is regulated in Ireland rather than Canada. Money sitting in Skrill is not sitting in your bank, it is subject to Skrill’s own terms and verification, and getting it out to a Canadian account means another Interac transfer. Two of these three operators also run inactivity clocks — 60 days to dormancy at Luxury Casino, a C$5 monthly charge at SpinAway after a year — so a balance left on either side of the wallet has a deadline.
How We Compiled This
Every entry comes from the operator’s own published material — banking and help-centre pages, terms of use, cashier screenshots in App Store and Google Play listings, and site footers — read site by site across all 32 companies on the iGaming Ontario register. A Skrill logo in a footer was checked against the withdrawal rules before it counted, which is how SpinAway ended up in the deposit column and out of the payout one.
Where an operator publishes nothing, this page says so rather than assuming, which is why no Skrill payout timetable is quoted for any of the three. The Skrill fee and Interac figures come from Skrill’s own product announcements. The scoring approach behind our ratings is set out in how we review casinos.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which Ontario casinos accept Skrill?
Three of the 32 registered operators: Luxury Casino, Zodiac Casino and SpinAway. Luxury Casino and Zodiac Casino also pay withdrawals through Skrill; SpinAway takes deposits only. The first two are both Casino Rewards brands, so you are dealing with two companies rather than three.
Can I withdraw with Skrill in Ontario?
At Luxury Casino and Zodiac Casino, yes — Skrill is one of three published payout routes at each, alongside a Visa direct credit and a Canadian EFT or eCheque. At SpinAway the money leaves by Interac or bank transfer, because no Skrill payout option is published.
What is the minimum Skrill withdrawal at an Ontario casino?
$50 at both Luxury Casino and Zodiac Casino, against a $10 minimum deposit at each. A bank wire at either site raises that to $300, and at Zodiac Casino the wire also costs $50, rising to $100 above $3,000.
Does Skrill charge a fee in Canada?
Skrill funds Canadian wallets by Interac and states that a standard fee of up to 2.5% of the transaction amount applies, after an introductory period that ended on 31 July 2024. That is a charge on getting money into the wallet; the two Ontario casinos that pay through Skrill do not charge for the withdrawal itself.
Do any Ontario casinos accept Neteller?
None. Neteller is owned by the same group as Skrill and paysafecard, but no operator on the iGaming Ontario register publishes it as a payment method. paysafecard appears at ten sites, all of them for deposits only.
Why do so few Ontario casinos take Skrill?
The province’s large operators run on Interac and cards, which cover the market without a third party in the middle. The sites that do offer Skrill are older international brands whose Ontario cashiers cannot pay out through Interac at all — for them the wallet is not a convenience, it is one of the few ways to send money back.
