Is Mr Vegas Legal in Ontario?

Yes. Mr.Vegas is on the iGaming Ontario register of regulated sites, and the register links to mrvegas.ca. The Ontario terms (version 2.0, 20 April 2026) say that when you register you contract with Videoslots Ltd, “a company incorporated under the laws of Malta” with its registered office in Pietà, registered with the AGCO under OPIG1273101.

Videoslots Ltd also runs Videoslots, which has its own place on the register at videoslots.ca. Two small inconsistencies in the paperwork: the footer says Videoslots became “a registered agent of iGaming Ontario as of 1st June 2023”, while the terms give the registration as “issued on 09/09/2024”; and the contact page gives the office address under the name “Mr Vegas Ltd” rather than Videoslots Ltd.

Mr Vegas is first of all a British-facing brand — the home page of the Ontario site still describes “MrVegas.com” and its sponsorship of Reading FC, the PDC Grand Slam of Darts and Big Brother UK. That matters in two ways. When we opened mrvegas.ca from a Canadian connection outside Ontario, it sent us to mrvegas.com, the international site, rather than blocking us; from Toronto the Ontario site loads. And parts of the Ontario lobby are shared with the international product: the activity feed reports wins in pounds and Swedish kronor, and the “Encore” slot tournaments list buy-ins in euros.

The rule for Ontario players: only mrvegas.ca, opened from inside the province, puts your account under AGCO rules. If you see mrvegas.com in the address bar, you are not on the Ontario site.

We counted the Ontario lobby page by page on 15 October 2026 and found 5,300 distinct games, with 159 studios in the provider filter — the widest supplier list we have seen in this province. Affiliate reviews are far off in both directions: “~1,000”, “3,488”, “4,600” and “9,000+” (the last is the international catalogue).

Studios

Pragmatic Play and Play’n GO are the largest suppliers in the lobby, followed by Evolution (mostly live tables), Wazdan, Greentube, Games Global, Spinberry, Relax, Quickspin, Push Gaming, Hacksaw, NetEnt, Stakelogic, Thunderkick and Pariplay — and a long tail of smaller studios such as Bad Dingo, Peter & Sons and Slotmill that rarely appear on Ontario sites. Game payouts: actual figures, published daily

This is the feature that sets Mr Vegas apart. Its “Game payouts” page shows the actual payout of each game — what it has returned to players, not the theoretical RTP — updated daily and filterable by period. On 15 October 2026 it showed Lightning Roulette at 97.1%, Book of Dead at 92.9%, Gates of Olympus at 94.0% and Speed Baccarat A at 100.3%. Over short periods these figures swing well above and below a game’s RTP, so treat them as information rather than predictions; but very few Ontario casinos publish anything comparable.

The payment methods themselves are not listed on the public site; they appear in the cashier after you register. Affiliate reviews contradict each other — one says Interac is not supported, another calls the cashier “Interac-first” — so check the cashier before you deposit. The rules that are published are reasonable: a $20 minimum, no fees on bank-wire withdrawals, and a 48-hour processing target. The one to watch is the fee of up to 3.95% on money deposited and withdrawn without being played, which is aimed at using the casino as a payment route.
