What this site is — and what it is not
We publish reviews, comparisons and guides about online casinos that are licensed to operate in the province of Ontario. We are an independent publisher.
We are not a gambling operator and we are not affiliated with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), iGaming Ontario (iGO) or the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG). No gambling takes place on this website. You cannot deposit money, place a wager, claim anything or hold an account with us. Every real-money transaction happens on an operator’s own website, under that operator’s terms and under its licence.
Who may use it
The site is intended for adults aged 19 or over who are physically located in Ontario, which is the minimum legal age for online gambling in the province. Regulated online gambling in Ontario is only lawful through operators registered with the AGCO and under agreement with iGaming Ontario; operators are required to verify your age and location before you can play.
Accuracy, and what you should check yourself
We put real effort into getting the facts right, and our method is public — see How We Review Casinos. But this is a market that changes weekly: operators revise their terms, add and drop payment methods, change withdrawal times, enter the market and leave it. Registration status itself can change between our checking it and your reading it.
So treat what you read here as a starting point, not as the last word. Before you deposit anywhere, confirm the current terms on the operator’s own website, and confirm the operator’s registration on the public list published by iGaming Ontario. Nothing here is legal, financial or tax advice.
How we are paid
Some outbound links to operators are commercial: if you open an account after following one, the operator may pay us a commission. That is how the site is funded, and there is no cost to you.
Commercial arrangements do not buy a position, a rating or a favourable line. Ratings are produced from the criteria described in How We Review Casinos, and we cover operators we have no commercial relationship with, including ones we advise against.
Why you will not find bonus offers here
Ontario’s advertising rules are stricter than those of most markets. Under the AGCO’s Registrar’s Standards for Internet Gaming, inducements, bonuses and credits may not be advertised or marketed publicly — the exemption available to operators on their own channels does not extend to a site like ours.
We therefore do not publish the value, the structure or the terms of any promotion, and you should be wary of any Ontario-facing site that does. Offers are visible after you register with an operator, where the rules allow them to be shown to you directly.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, ratings, tables and original images on this site belong to us and are protected by copyright. You may quote a short passage with clear attribution and a link. You may not copy, republish, scrape or adapt substantial parts of the site, or reproduce its structure and content elsewhere, without written permission.
Operator names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification purposes only. Their appearance does not imply that the operator endorses this site.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with the site, gain unauthorised access to it, overload it with automated requests, or use it to distribute malware or unlawful material. Do not send us abusive or fraudulent messages through the contact form.
Third-party websites
When you follow a link to an operator or to any other third party, you leave our site and we no longer control what you find. We are not responsible for the content, terms, privacy practices or conduct of third-party websites, and their inclusion is not a guarantee of your experience with them.
No warranty, and the limits of our responsibility
The site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every detail is complete and current at the moment you read it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss you suffer through using this site or through gambling with any operator you found here — including gambling losses, which are the ordinary and expected outcome of gambling. The decision to open an account and to wager money is yours alone.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
